I needed to get my blood work done in emergency but will never visit this place ever again.

I've had a painful ear for a while and had trouble finding a doctor that takes my insurance. I called this place and they tell me sure we take your insurance and we have all kinds of openings. So I scheduled for 10:00 a.m. the next day. On the phone I ask am I going to be seeing Dr Rajemaheshwami as indicated on the directory. She tells me yes. I come in at 10:00 sharp and she says are you okay with a phone appointment? I said no, I have a painful ear and I've already seen the ER twice about it I now need to see a general practitioner so I can see a specialist. And she tells me the doctor's in the Lathrop office today but you can go down there and be next in line. I'm like 'well I think we already have gotten off on the worst possible footing. So you can just cancel the appointment. Thank you'.

MELISSA works front office and she has ALWAYS came thru when I’ve needed her. DR. RAJ is wonderful as well!! They have been my PCP for 10+ years and several years ago they didn’t have the best customer service but every since Melissa has been there everything I’ve needed or ask for help with she’s went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! I needed a referral to a specialist she took care of it! I needed her help with my medications she took care of it within seconds. I really appreciate it. Thank you 🙏🏼 for all your hard work and all you do!!

These girls are great! There is a new owner and the bad reviews are from the previous one. Im a truck driver and i truly was in an emergency and over 2,000 miles away from home. They were so kind, courteous, and accommodating to my situation. Prices were extremely fair especially considering my situation. The front desk was very pleasant and the Dr. was extremely patient to all my questions and was not in a rush at all. There was a staff member named Melissa who was sincerely sympathetic to my situation i and felt she truly cared beyond her job requirements. I gladly give them a 5 star rating! -Marco

After needing to find a dr asap and having no hope left after every dr was booked out as far as a month, I finally found this Urgent Care spoke to Melissa regarding my broken toe and how I really needed to see someone, she was so friendly and understanding and I seriously can’t thank her enough for getting me in and treating me so well. Everyone in the office was very kind to me. Melissa helped me and got me a referral that I needed ASAP and I can’t say how thankful I am! I really appreciate it, great customer service! Everyone I called before this office turned me down. Thank you guys so much!

I went to this clinic yesterday 9/11/18 in a lot of pain. The staff up front were kind and helpful. The assistant on back treated me with the utmost care and compassion. Dr. STROME was amazing. She took care of all my needs not rushed and after her diagnosis and treatment, within an hour I was already feeling so much better. THANK YOU MAIN STREET URGENT CARE.

It’s a very busy office my experience and being a patient for a lil over 4 yrs has been nothing but great with the Doctors himself and his staff..I have no complaints except that he should be over in Manteca an extra day.
