I can't recommend this place enough! From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and compassionate. My dog and I felt truly cared for, with the reassurance that she was in the best hands possible. I was understandably nervous about the anesthesia, but my worries faded after talking with the doctor and support staff.

I firmly believe you get what you pay for, and this place is a perfect example of that. The office is not only beautiful but also incredibly inviting. The relaxation room where pets wait before their procedures is more comfortable than my own home! Everything was clean, high-end, and aesthetically pleasing.

If you have any dental concerns or are looking for proactive treatments for your pets, I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. Great job, team!

This is probably the best vet experience I've ever had. From the kindness I received from Bridgit (after calling dental specialists all over the Bay Area), to the atmosphere in the office and exam rooms, to the staff and how they worked with Emmy -- everything was amazing!!

Even though my pup has been scared of vet visits recently (because of her pain), she even allowed Dr. Fulton to partially examine her mouth. Without trazadone or anything! Something she hasn't let multiple vets do over the last few months.

Also.... make sure to check out the (human) bathroom: It's hilarious!

Northbay Veterinary Dentistry saved my dog Scrappy’s life! I can’t thank them enough! He is also a 14 year old senior dog too. I was so scared to take my pup in to get his teeth clean for 3-4 years because of his heart murmur and having him go under at a general veterinarian’s practice. His teeth were horrible and his breath was so bad that I knew it was starting to affect him. It had gotten so bad to a point where my dog was getting so sick and his quality of life was terrible and had an infection. I had no choice but to get his teeth cleaned. I searched and searched… so many couldn’t see him till 3-4 months out. Scrappy didn’t have time. Time was his enemy. Northbay team came to the rescue and took him in right away. I had so much fears and tears for weeks before the appointment. Whet I arrived in their office I was immediately greeted with warmth and care by everyone. They will treat your fur baby like your own. Scrappy was given the upmost love and attentiveness. They answered all my questions and spoke to me in a way where I felt at ease. I felt safe leaving him with them. They updated me with constant pictures and information while I waited for him before, during, and after his procedure. Because of Dr Fulton and her amazing team Francesca, Bridgit, and Ashley, Scrappy is alive today! His quality of life has improved so much and he is so happy and has so much more life and happiness! He is playing more now and we found out more root causes to his problems. If it weren’t for them and their professionalism, care, skills, and timely manner in taking him in; I honestly don’t know if Scrappy would be here today or had another Christmas! I am forever grateful for them! I highly recommend if you worries like I did! They will help you and ease your mind!! Your puppies,kitties, and fur babies will be in excellent hands and care with these amazing ladies!

I was very nervous about my reactive dog getting dental treatment, but the staff was super kind and accepting. They worked with me to come up with a plan for the day of the treatment, and everything went so well. I had a whole private waiting room to myself, which was so cozy and welcoming. I can't recommend them enough, I sorta wish they took human patients!!

From the first phone call, I knew this was the place to bring my Sylvester, who is a high risk patient because of a heart and kidney condition. And after meeting Dr. Scanlon, it just validated my gut feeling about this vet clinic. First off, it’s the cleanest, most aesthetically beautiful vet clinic I’ve ever seen. Calm and they cater to your pet. It’s all about you and your pet.

Dr. Scanning explained, in detail, all that needed to be done with my Sylvester’s teeth. And boy did she deliver!!!! Other vets wouldn’t touch this case but Dr. Scanlon is a specialist with high risk pets. I felt confident in her abilities from the minute I met her. And I drove all the way from the east bay because she’s the only vet I trusted.

I can’t say enough about this place, the doctor and staff. Very genuinely compassionate. You won’t find a better place to bring your fur baby!!! I thank God I found them!

My dog needed a complete overhaul on his mouth. North Bay blew my expectations out of the water. I could not be happier with how North Bay conducted their consultation, services, communication, updates, and overall care. They took the time to explain everything, kept me updated with photos (pre surgery) and text (during) that it really kept my mind at ease during the entire process. They truly care about you and your dogs overall experience. I highly recommend anyone who needs dog dental care go see the amazing Ladies at North Bay!

I’ve had 4 dogs in my life but I’ve never had to deal with dental problems until now. I get very emotional, overly so, about my dogs, and when they need Veterinary care, it takes a toll on me.

Our primary Vet somewhat reluctantly recommended full extraction, as did another dental specialist. I just could not get comfortable with pulling all of our pups teeth at such a young age. I started searching for other dental specialists and found Dr. Fulton through the AVDC. I reviewed her education and qualifications and when I spoke to her on the phone prior I got a good feeling about her. We visited her office in late July for a consultation. My wife and I were both were comforted by her, her staff, and their beautiful new office which presents a safe and calming atmosphere.

We were convinced we wanted to trust her with our pup's care. The costs for a dental specialist is higher than those of our regular Vet but it gave me more peace of mind to have someone with special education and experience, plus a caring, and kindness treating our girl. It was well worth the extra money. And Dr. Fulton determined that it was not necessary to do a complete extraction, so our girl still has most of her teeth. She is her happy, healthy, self again.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Fulton and her staff to anyone whose pet needs dental care.

We had a great experience with the team at North Bay Veterinary Dentistry. Our senior dog needed teeth extracted and from the moment that we arrived at their office to the moment that we left post surgery, we were well taken care of. More importantly, our dog, Lucy, usually has an aversion to vet hospitals and pulls away when we enter the door. At North Bay Dentistry, Lucy happily walked herself inside their door without a protest. Throughout the procedure, they texted us updates and made sure that we knew what was going on. We are so grateful for the care they gave Lucy and will be back for all our dental needs.
