I recently brought my cat to North Cache Veterinary Service for a full examination before traveling across the country for the holidays. As someone new to the Logan area, I was eager to find a reliable and caring veterinary clinic—and I’m so glad I chose this one! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, guiding me through the first-time patient paperwork with ease. During the examination, Dr. Larry was absolutely fantastic. He has an old-school charm and a very methodical approach, which put me completely at ease. Sidney was also wonderful—respectful, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

Overall, the team here exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be returning whenever my cat needs care. Highly recommend North Cache Veterinary Service

Our small, 9yo dog was overmedicated when having her teeth cleaned and couldn't use her back leg for over a week post-procedure. In addition, we were told she needed to be brought back in for vaccine boosters 6 wks after her annual vaccines. (This has never been the case with other vets we've taken our dogs to.) The vet examined her on this return visit like it was the first time he has seen her - even asked if she was a puppy. Um, no...look at her chart. I didn't expect for her to be seen for an exam on our return for booster shots (which, need I remind you, we've never had to do before.) I felt taken advantage of when handed the bill. Not only was a charged for the shots and a reasonable injection fee, I was charged $60 for an office visit that wasn't necessary.
So, if you choose to see Dr. Mitchell, make sure you ask what you will be charged for before you commit to a series of procedures and exams that are not necessary.

I am so very grateful to Dr. Cliff and Kylie, and everyone else in the office, that helped take such great care of my dog Scout. He has his teeth cleaned and polished, and they even put a sealant on his teeth. They took measurements, and calculated his optimal weight, and made recommendations on dog food. They checked his thyroid levels, and increased his thyroid medicine. Extremely thorough! I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this vet! I wish that I could remember all of your names to thank you individually. Thank you again to all of you!

The vets and vet techs here at North Cache are amazing! They saved my dog and 7 of her puppies lives yesterday. After calling over 10 clinics yesterday and being told no one would see her they seen her and saved her! I can not thank them enough! ❤️

many people have told me nothing but good things about this place but with my experience we lost our cat earlier in the year and came here after it happened and he was very unsympathetic monotone when I was trying to tell him what was going on with the cat his only response was well that could be a lot of things then gave us about 5 minutes to decide if we wanted to dispose of our loved one if we wanted a cremate him it was very expensive also if we wanted to do an autopsy on him it would have been even more expensive. It's been a couple months since this happened but we have since gotten a new kitty and it's time to get him fixed and I will definitely be going somewhere else because of the way I was treated by that doctor. I'm sitting there crying my eyes out because I just lost my best friend and incomes Ben Stein to very bluntly tell me sorry ?‍♂️ to top it all off we did get him cremated I only got his box back day engraved the wrong name on it! Would not recommend

I wasn’t very pleased with the service I got from these guys, I took my dog in that had some issues with internal bleeding, and without doing any sort of blood work or scans, they put my dog under and basically just sent me off with some meds. Day later he wasn’t getting any better so the vet told me it’s time to start thinking of his quality of life an maybe it’s time to put him down.
I wasn’t gonna take that for an answer so I got a second opinion and come to find out after all the blood work and scans my new vet told me the medication’s he was taking was only making it worst, they took my dog in and found out what was wrong and starting working on it an got on top of my dogs health! Not once did they say it’s time to put him down.

If your animals are family members like they are in my family do not bring them here…
