Everyone is super helpful and seem to genuinely care. North County just performed surgery on my dog to remove a mass and they made it much less stressful for me through the whole process. The place is clean, staff is friendly, and they’re very good at getting your appointments scheduled when it works best for you. 10/10 will be recommending to folks I know

Would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs a vet. Everyone is so kind and helpful; always willing to answer any and all questions we have. Dr Lane & Amy were so awesome with Leonard. Our 11 month lab has needed some care the past month for one reason or another and North County vet has always been able to get us in quickly. Sometimes you really have to advocate for your animals, and after going to a few different vets we feel like we have finally found the right one that has Leonard’s health and well being as their priority 🙂

Jess and Amber are above and beyond in their field. Accommodating, skilled, Knowledgeable and compassionate. I brought my dog Kizmet in for her check up and vaccine boosters. Amber was firm with me that Kizmet should also have a fecal test. I was reluctant because my finances are limited right now, but I went ahead and did it and I’m so glad I did because the light of my life, my joy, my most precious little gift from heaven, my little Kizmet came up positive for hookworm.
The next person I interacted with was Jess, who was compassionate and very capable and patient in her interactions with me. She explained everything to me and I had my prescription within the hour. I’m beyond grateful to this clinic.

I made a last minute decision to see if they could possibly squeeze my dog in to be seen at 3pm on a Friday. Automatically, I just assumed that they would half heartedly take my information and schedule him to be seen the next week, but that didn’t happen. The gal that answered the phone asked me a few questions and sounded genuinely concerned about my dog’s condition, then asked me if I could be there by 4pm… the same day.
Yes absolutely. When I got there, they greeted us and signed us in. They were so warm and kind to Church, he loved every minute of it. We told them all about Churches eye issue. They looked him over and gave us something to take care of an eye infection and we were done. The experience was great, the price was reasonable, the staff is AWESOME and Church, was so happy he pranced to the car.

Today, it wasn't busy. Quite. Staff was helpful.

Took longer than expected as the vet was still with 1st patient. This is good because that means that your pet is important and they will take time necessary with your pet. And they will take the time needed with your pet
And they did take the time needed with our animals.

Cost is kinda on the high side. No lower cost options were provided. They do not take payments.
Came here because they have Saturday hours. Closer in vets have bad reviews, cost more, and no Saturday hours.

We took our puppy for her first vet visit and worked with Dr. Maxey. She was amazing!! Took the time to explain all the different vaccines that our pup would need and why. Made sure all our questions were answered before we left. Would definitely recommend!

Being Human

If you love your friend and want the best animal care then this is the veterinary clinic to go in the greater Southern Washington and Portland areas. It's about a 40 minute drive for me to get here but it is totally worth it. We spent over $2200 trying to find out what was wrong with my dog; going to 5 different clinics and no one could tell us anything. One hour at North County Animal Hospital and we had a diagnosis. They even helped us get a specialist for treatment. Their service was impeccable! Truly outstanding bedside manners. They actually care about their patients. I will never use another vet in the area other than them. Words don't do justice to how appreciative I am for all their help. Here's some pictures of the guy (Boomer) they're helping save.
