I have been taking my dog here since I got her at 5 weeks old and she is now almost 3 years old. I have never had a problem with the staff nor the doctors. Both Dr Katz and Dr Bell have been wonderful. Today I called hoping to speak with someone about a concern I was having with my dog. I have never been more disgusted at the level of unprofessionalism and rudeness by the person who answered the phone. The front staff who answered the phone was more concerned with interrupting me while I was talking rather than listening to the very clear statements I was making in regards to the name my dog may be under to pull up her file. (FYI: I have called the vet before with a similar issue and Dr Katz and his team was extremely helpful and checked in with me multiple times on my dog’s behalf. Including to recommend an emergency vet I could use if needed). Given that I was concerned of a potential vet emergency with my dog and the pleasant history I have had with the clinic, I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated and spoken to by this person. So much so that I am happy to take my business and dog’s wellbeing elsewhere. I am not a person to take the time to use Google reviews; however, this person’s distasteful nature should be noted.

I’m very disappointed , my fur baby would never attend this location again last week I brought her to get her nails clipped which one of her toenails were ingrown however, they charge me $195 for the visit which he did not clip all of the nails because he said that he did not want to stress her out and to bring her back in two weeks, we go to visit week 2 and the price is higher than it was before 285. I couldn’t believe it I explained there’s no way a five minute visit is $285. The print out was absolutely ridiculous I mean, all types of unnecessary charges. 40 for wound care with no wound like how you charging for services you didn’t serve . Never again . Dr.Matthew has the nerve to get over on a day before thanksgiving. Right plan wrong man . They lost a valueable customer with their greed

Dr Lloyd and his team are absolutely incredible. We do a lot of rescue work with cats and kittens that have come from rough situations and often need some time and special care to get them to full health for adoption. I'm blown away by Dr. Lloyd's wonderfully kind bedside manner with cats and his wealth of diagnostic and treatment plan knowledge. We feel very lucky to have such extraordinary experts in the area who take such excellent care of our medical fosters ☺️?

We have been going here and seeing Dr. Katz for the last 6 years. Prior to finding this amazing team we had quite a few vets. Hands down this team is the best we’ve ever found. The team is stellar, thorough and compassionate. They put the care of your pet first. We recently had to say goodbye to our dog due to cancer and Dr. Katz helped us through every step of the way and even after she departed he called to check on us. You can not find a better vet in the ATL area.

North Dekalb Veterinary is phenomenal in every way! Dr. Sylvia Bell is absolutely wonderful. She has taken the time to get to know my dog Ernest and has proven that she truly cares. She has even called me after business hours to let me know test results, etc. I couldn’t ask for a better vet. I am impressed by the whole staff. I’ve taken my dog there since he was a puppy and he’s now 3 years old. They have treated him with love, care, and patience since day one. While he doesn’t love going, I rest knowing he is in good hands while he’s there. So very thankful!
