1st time here and everyone was really nice.
Brought my kitty Asher that I found abandoned to get checked out.
Everything went well.
Looked like they enjoy their job and care for the animals so that made me happy.
Cost a little more after calling around but I heard good things from there so I figured I would try them out.
So far I agree and the staff is friendly and love being around animals.

I originally thought this is a great place . The doctors there are knowledgeable and they have a cat side and a dog side but no one respects the cat side . Not the doctors, not the other customers with big dogs ,not at all. My cat is terrified of dogs . The Doc and the nurse came in Smelling like dog all over their body and hands . My cat was trying to bite and hissing . I've never heard him hiss cause he loves literally everyone . If you have a dog and cat side in your establishment then it should be just that . Each day the doctor and nurse should stick to 1 side or the other cat or dog . But it gets even worse than that . When they open the door to go in the back there was a big dog laying up on a table having something done just a few feet from my cat the same cat that was suppose to be calm for shots . They said he needed to be medicaided to come back for more shots,I said they need to keep dogs and doggy people on the doggy side . They clearly favor the dog population there . I wish I knew of a place with a real cat side and a real dog side . Cause this place is a joke for cats . Ps I love dogs as much as the next guy but cats simply don't if they are not raised with them so it's torture for a cat to have a doctor that smells like dogs man handling them . Great service and nice staff. Easy to make appointments, even on weekends, and once you go in, they get you into an exam room and back out in a timely fashion. The vet tech was very sweet to my shy anxious boy here while he got his checkup and vaccines.

We’ve been bringing our dogs and cat to North Florida Animal Hospital for the past few years, and we couldn’t be happier with the care they receive. The staff genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs and always provide exceptional service. One of our dogs had to undergo knee replacement surgery on both knees, and the team made the entire process, from surgery to recovery, much easier for all of us. Their compassion and professionalism have made a significant difference in our pets’ lives, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch veterinary care.

Love the staff here! They truly care about your pets like you do. Love that they have cat trees and beds for my kitty in the exam rooms. They give treats to help make it a positive experience for my cat too. Staff is so helpful and calm and really put me and my cat at ease. When they say they're a "cat friendly" practice, they really show it.

I had an incredible experience at the Animal Hospital. Dr. Braden and her associates took incredible care of my best friend and I am infinitely grateful. They are so kind to you and make it very clear they are not simply in the business for the money. I am beyond grateful.
