I took my fur baby to this place not trusting to many of the vets out there . The young lady at the front desk with tattoos, I believe her name was Megan. She did such a great job answering my questions and calming not only me down but also my dog! He's not around other people much so he's anxious. Something about her reassured him I guess because he went right with her. She went above and beyond to make me feel better and comfortable. I knew I made the right choice 2 minutes into our interaction. Just wanted to say ty to her for going above and beyond her job description!

This place was terrible when I brought my dog in after he ate pillow stuffing. As he was falling over and drooling on the floor they told me someone would be out shortly. An hour later and three people being seen that arrived after me when I asked when someone would be taking a look at my dog they said maybe 8-10 hours. As if my dog falling over and unable to hold his head up was less of an emergency than two dogs that were jumping and playing with each other. Staff does not listen to anything you say and completely dismissive of you. I will drive hours to go elsewhere before going here ever again

Dr. Wells and his team have gone above and beyond for our fur babies over the years. We have been going to North Haven Animal Hospital for over 8 years. They know and greet my pups as they come in the door, putting them at ease. We can't be grateful enough for the love and care they show to our most treasured family members.

Had to bring my dog in to be put down, me and my boyfriend were devastated. The dr was very kind and gentle. However, the ladies behind the desk really blew us away. You can tell they really cared.. they went out of their way, above and beyond. We were running late for our appt, I was panicking because I really wanted to stop and find my boy one last pull cheese stick (his favorite,) but the usual place did not have any. One of the ladies Megan called, and when I told her the truth she told me not to worry that they had some there. It wasn’t until I got there that I realized another one of the workers, Miranda, actually gave up part of her lunch/snack for my boy. That small gesture might seem small, silly, or insignificant.. but to us it was everything. Thank you to the ladies and the dr for everything. It was very much appreciated on such a difficult day!

We've been bringing our pets (cats and Dachshunds) to No. Haven for many, many years. Cannot ask for better and more compassionate care than that provided by Drs. Wells and Jolles. Not to mention, they have great bedside manners!

I called with a question recently because my regular vet was closed for the holidays and the associate who answered was so kind and thorough. He was patient and really took the time to listen to me and provide me with advice.
I had one other experience here when I had to say goodbye to my beloved 18 year old cat. The staff was extremely kind and made what was one of the worst days of my life as painless as possible and met me with compassion.
No matter the circumstance, the staff here are top notch.

Can I give 6 stars? Or 10? Dr. Wells is the most thoughtful and compassionate veterinarian I've ever met, and the techs are right up there as well. When my new rescue was experiencing some issues, and even the pricy emergency vet wouldn't see us, Dr. Wells fit us in and took care of the problem right away. They also keep their pricing reasonable so that the average person can afford to keep their pets healthy.
