Great vets, awesome staff. They have provided excellent care for my 8 dogs and 1 cat over the past 25 years. I feel like the staff truly care about my furbabies and even me. Grooming, boarding, spays, neuters, everything. Love this clinic.

This vet is amazing. Went in very scared with a hurt puppy. They took great medical care of her and their bedside manner really helped me not worry. This is my vet is choice from now on. Reasonably priced too.

Five stars plus! I am so thankful for the kindness, compassion, and superior service this vet and all of her staff demonstrated on what would be a most difficult and sad day for our family. We were traveling from Florida to Michigan when our 13 year old girl had an emergency, it was 5 pm on a Friday. We searched google and made the call to North Knox Veterinary Clinic. Call it fate or divine intervention this vet was close by. I’m sure my call was somewhat frantic as the receptionist managed to give me a sense of calm and assurance that they were ready and standing by to receive whatever was going on with our girl. The receptionist stayed on the phone with me was out front and waved us in as we had never been there before and time was of the essence. As we pulled in the amazing vet tech rushed out and scooped up our girl and rushed her inside, pretty amazing as our girl weighed 50lbs. Our girl was rushed into the exam room and something we suspected was confirmed and this would be her final moments. I felt as if we had been attending this practice forever as we all gathered together in the room with my beautiful girl. I’ll never forget these wonderful people, on a day that was beyond sad for us, these wonderful people stepped in and made strangers feel like family.❤️

They're very personable with you and your pets. They are mindful of your concerns and will give you good information on how to observe what's necessary in your pets environment. They are very trustworthy because they do enjoy the animals that come in.

I am thankful for North Knox Veterinary Clinic for their accommodating me on short notice. My Luna injured her Tree Nail, it was broke and bleeding yet the gentle staff ushered us right in and all's well - thank you so very much..

I got up and took my puppy for her appointment to get spayed this morning. I get there and they tell me they did not have us down but did have someone else down. The lady at the front said they called the person yesterday they had down for the spayed and they said that person said no I didn’t make that appointment. I drove 30 minutes for an appointment that never happened. I waited for 45 minutes. I will never go back to this unorganized office. No one was sorry or apologetic. They also lost my puppies shot records. Now I have to wait even longer to get this done!! Hopefully she won’t go in heat before we can get this done!! We were there 2 weeks ago and treated by the vet and she said I didn’t write in my notes you wanted to spay her. The helper that was in the room told the vet she remembered the conversation. I wasn’t letting someone cut on my puppy that was so incompetent today!!To say I was livid is an understatement.

Great staff! Took my Jake here for years and sadly a month ago I had to take him to be put down. The staff were so caring and affectionate and even sent a personalized card afterwards. Highly recommend these guys!!
