I adore the staff at North Madison. They truly love my 4 little precious beings. This clinic is extremely busy but the staff is amazingly peaceful. I love the girls that help with my animals and I can tell the way my pets are handled there is a true sense of kindness. I drive 1 hr, and 15 minutes to have them see all of my animals. Highly recommend. dm

Dr Fleming is very caring and nurturing. She has a passion for pets and it shows by the way she treats them. Her initial diagnosis are spot on and she is very knowledgeable in this field. She does her best to make sure your fur baby receives the maximum care. Her techs are caring and gentle as well.

Love the staff here! From the moment I walked in they made me feel super comfortable! It was my first time going to the vet with 2 of my furbabies and I was a bit nervous but the entire staff was super friendly and helpful! They took such great care of not only my furbabies but also made the process and experience smooth for me as well. Definitely recommend!

As usual for me the staff was very welcoming. We were greeted at the door very warmly, and taken care right away. My dog received some treats played with a little and he was good with that. He really likes going there. We took care of his business and we’re on our way. Very good!!!

Everyone is so nice and pleasant. When we take our animals we have very little wait and the dictors are very efficient and explain what is needed if anything. We trust them with our fur babies and that does not come easy.

I didn't have to wait long at all to be seen and they were extremely professional. The vet was very nice to us and addressed all of our concerns. Also the visit was reasonably priced definitely going back.

My dog had a major Mycotoxin poisoning. The staff did a great job comforting me and helping my girl through all this. They made sure I knew everything that was going on and help me with decisions. If not for the doctors and staff, my girl would not still be with us. They will now be my regular vet.
