Dr Wolf and his staff were absolutely fantastic in our time of need. We brought our cat in, as he was critically ill and in the end we had to euthanize him. We felt the compassion of all the staff in our time of need for which we will never forget! TY all so much!❤️?

We brought our dog here for urgent care and found Dr. Sophia Papageorgiou and the entire staff to provide excellent care, timely communication, asked lots of questions to fully understand what was happening with our dog. She tooks lots of notes, performed appropriate tests, answered all our questions and understood our concerns. We were able to bring him home and are following her recommendations. This clinic was very focused on our pet's condition and was highly attentive to his needs. We will definitely go back and highly recommend this clinic.

The staff at North Peninsula Veterinary Emergency Clinic took great care of my cat!

Simba was having some serious issues which got addressed right away, Elora help us out and DR Subash explain to us what the issues were and made us understand all the problems he was having.

We had to leave Simba so that he could be assessed, once we returned Rebecca help us out with the billing and explained we needed to return the next morning for a follow up.

The next day some more tests were performed, and medication was prescribed, Joyce helped me out and Simba is now feeling great, I would trust this clinic with any of our pets moving forward Thank you!

Do NOT bring your pet here if you want quality care- we brought in our dog for respiratory distress and trouble walking. I knew something was wrong when the office did not even conduct a real intake or ask any additional questions- the nurse grabbed her and shoved a clipboard at me and said "here, fill this out" and left. The vet came in and told us she's probably just breathing and walking weird bc of her breed (she kept repeating that Frenchies have breathing and back issues and that the breathing issues she heard could be "normal for a Frenchie"). We explained that OUR Frenchie has had no history of any respiratory or hip issues and everything was completely normal until tonight and that we were very worried due to the very abnormal brhavior we were witnessing (our dog is almost six!). She was incredibly dismissive and told us we could get x-rays if we wanted but kept repeating how it was probably bc she was a Frenchie (this was after she literally couldn't stand in the office). We quickly left and took her down the street to Sage Veterinary where they immediately conducted a thorough intake and exam (and were equally as concerned as we were). Please save your money and time and go a little further down the road if you care about your baby!

Took my dog here for an emergency visit after he was exhibiting signs of what looked like a stroke. Dr. Luehman was able to quickly take a look at my dog who ended up having a vestibular disease. Really appreciated how quick I was able to talk to Dr. Luehman. The staff and service here are great and my dog was well taken care of.

I can not begin to say how grateful I am to the staff and the Vet Julia. their care and compassion is amazing. Extremely Kind and professional, seeing as I have been having some financial difficulties and needed help with my bill, they did not treat me with anything but the BEST service I have ever received at a Vet. My dog Roxy ended up having a broken leg in two spots and she was in serious pain. They not only made her comfortable but also treated her and sent her home with the medications she needs to insure her comfort. The vet called me and said that she would even come out to me to see Roxy if I needed her to. She is going above and beyond to help us out, I am forever grateful to her and her staff and the front desk staff is also so warm and friendly and helped me get home seeing as I was stuck there and didn't know my way around. So Thank You all, from the bottom of mine and Roxys heart. Roxy also barks Thank You. BEST PLACE TO GO FR YOUR PET IN AN EMERENCY...

I had a wonderful experience here, even though it was a sad time. Our sweet dog Norma Jean had a serious emergency & tough diagnosis. The staff were so empathetic, gentle and good at explaining what she was going through, and what they recommended. We are so grateful they were open on a Sunday night too. Special thanks to Dr. Luehman & Mary for their respect and kindness.

My Tequila was having a FUO of 106.2F on Friday midnight I was so desperate and took her to this emergency hospital, I was checked in immediately (guess I was lucky it wasn’t too busy that time) and I was asked to wait in my car as they were doing Covid precautions. About 30 minutes later Dr. Susan called me and went through the physical examination they did on Tequila and the treatment plans, then they gave me a quote, I paid a deposit and my baby was kept there for the night under observation. They contacted me early in the morning to let me know that my baby’s temperature went down and her blood and urine work all look normal but would like to keep her there for a few more hours since the cause is still unknown and in case her temperature spikes again. I waited anxiously for a day and called in the afternoon again to check, a nurse (sorry I didn’t remember your name) picked up and explained me that Tequila’s temperature went up again at noon so she’s given more drugs and still under IV fluid and observation? I heard there’re other dogs barking in the background and I was worried that my super introvert baby would stress out so I asked if I can take my kitty home and monitoring her myself, Dr. Susan contacted me again at night and talked to me about the concerns, prescribed meds and in home care tips, then I headed down to pick up my baby! When we got home she’s still a bit under the weather but already better than the day before! I had copies of all her tests and treatments and hospitalization logs, from reading those I could tell my baby had really been taken good care of I almost cried, although I hope Tequila will never have to go through these again but if any I would definitely come to this place again and I recommend it to everyone. The bill might be pricy but it’s a emergency place and whatever it takes to save our babies isn’t it?
Tequila is doing much better now back to her eating/drinking and feisty self, shout out to the angels who guarded her!!! ❤️
