I have found the entire staff to be amazing. They are professional, caring, and helpful. Dr. Laurie saw my Cali as an emergency on a Monday morning a few years ago, skipped lunch to help her with a needed procedure. Since then, both my girls are in her practices trusted hands.

dr mcnamara is the best of the best. i brought my girls last year for their spays and she was so kind. my first dog apple is spicy but she was still patient and got the job done (: and of course she was sweet with banana who is just happy to be here . thank you from the garcia family

My boxer was having issues. Called in the morning. Ashley answered the phone and was so nice. Set up a same day appointment. Met with Dr Carell, and he showed nothing but love and car for my dog. Wasn't trying to push unnecessary steps for his situation. Went above and beyond for my big guy.

I absolutely love the entire staff at NPAH I am there every month as we have two Frenchies.

The staff is always courteous and helpful especially with my High energy boy.
Amy and all the girls at the desk treat us great
Even when things are not going so great get us in as soon as possible

My dog has hip dysplasia plus he's very fearful and too big for me to carry. The techs give him his librela shot in the car which helps me soooo much. Just getting him there is difficult so I really appreciate them understanding and not requiring us to come into the office. I feel I can handle getting these shots for him more often now. Thanks!!

I had to put down one of my kitties and the veterinarian was very kind & professional. The front desk, Not so much but they weren't horrible. The price of the euthanization & cremation were well priced & they were quick. I will definitely be returning to them.
