My dog was going to die. No other vet would touch my baby unless I paid $4000. This place saved my girl and worked with me with payment. They were more concerned with saving her life than money. Without them she would not be here. I will forever be grateful and am now a loyal client. They were my light in the dark. Highly recommend

I work in rescue and when I pulled a dog from the shelter the day before he was set to be euthanized and needed a place for him to stay until he could be transported to an out-of-state rescue, North Valley Veterinary Center was able to take him in. They were the final piece of the puzzle that we needed to save Drax’s life and I am so grateful. During his stay, the staff was kind, caring, and attentive to him. They made sure that he felt safe and comfortable and was extremely well cared for. Every member of the staff - especially Kerstin, Dr. Hirschbein, and Jesse - was extremely helpful and treated Drax with the love and care he deserved. I would absolutely recommend North Valley Veterinary Center for boarding and am so glad that they were a part of Drax’s journey!

The ONLY reason I'm giving a 3 star rating is because my first time visiting this establishment the person who gave me the information about the low cost vaccines, NEVER once mentioned to me that you had to have your pet for at least 10 days. First the receptionist at the desk said " we recommend" so when I said well I'll decline the recommendation, she then says we'll the doctor won't give any shots unless you've had your pet for at least 10 days. So which is it? A recommendation or policy? I just needed her Rabies vaccine.. She's current with all the rest.. I was so upset because I drove over 20 mins to get there, not to mention the struggle I had with trying to get my new pet( that's a 5 and half month old Cane Corso) out the car and into the establishment. It was just an unnecessary hassle and experience that could've been avoided had the person giving the information given all the details of what's required to get your pet vaccinated. Other than that, I'm pretty sure they're a good place to come get affordable vaccines for your fur babies..

My dog was unable to walk, brought her in for x-rays. This costed 600$ for standard X-rays.... Apparently it's takes up to 72hrs to receive
information about an x-ray - we were told next day for results. Great job!!

Compassionate, Caring, Considerate, Gentle, Kindhearted, Humane, Thoughtful, Professional, Competent....are just some of the words that best describe North Valley Veterinary Center. I highly recommend this office if you are in need of a Vet. I am so impressed with the staff (technicians, doctors, front desk) especially Dr. Zuker and Kirsten! Thank you for making it a peaceful gentle passing for our dog, Bubba. So very grateful for taking the time to help us with this extremely sad day.

Highly disappointed with the service I received for my first visit ever. I called and made an appointment for 10:30. Got there and checked in and was told because my dog was throwing up to wait in the car and they would come get me when a room was available..no problem. After sitting in my car for 35 minutes I decided to go in and check the status of when we were going to get called in. I was in shock when they very casually answered that it would be about 3 hours! Um ok. No. My question is we're they going to call me and let me know this if I hadn't gone in to check? I will not ever be going back here again!
