I was in, along with one of the owners of Tree Top Nursery, due to the nursery cat, Callie, not feeling well. She was not eating, etc...we left her for the Dr and clinical staff to take xrays and bloodwork. I no more got back to work when I got call telling us she was not doing well, going downhill quickly due to fluid in her lungs (seen by xrays) and to come back quickly. While I have not been at TTN but a couple years....I had come to love Callie as much as everyone.

The Dr and clinical staff were beyond kind. I appreciated them calling us back and to come quickly. As someone who has been in this position on a personal level time is most important. The staff did all that they could to help our sweet Callie. She was 17yrs old. She was truly a beautiful, remarkable, loving cat. She loved everyone that came in Tree Top Nursery....she loved laying on the bags of seed in the sun, she loved hiding under the pansies to take a bath, she loved laying under a Christmas tree by the front door to see all who entered.

Callie will truly, truly be missed here. She was loved by all. By all. 🙁 I am so thankful that there are caring, loving, sensitive people who help folks like me say goodbye. They are Angels from above. From the staff at the front door to the Drs. A true team.

So thank you all! Thank you all for what you did for Callie yesterday to help her and when we were unable to do that.....to help her leave this earth peacefully. Surrounded by love.

We took our cat, Autumn to see Dr. R and it was the best! As soon as we get in the front desk lady, I don’t remember her name but she was super nice she seemed very hardworking. It was getting busy as we left so she wasn’t very attentive but we get it. We got checked in and the lady that helped us was super nice, very good attitude. As soon as Dr. R came in she was also very nice and was very professional. I’m happy that ive chosen this place over others. No lies, straight truth and helpfulness with them. I’d recommend to anyone.

I’ve been taking my dogs, past and present, to Northrock for about 25 years and wouldn’t want to have them anywhere else. It begins with the awesome front end staff who are so helpful and welcoming. The veterinarians (ours is Dr. Rypma) are compassionate, knowledgeable and just so good. The behind the scenes techs are the best. Thank you for always taking such great care of my pups!!

I bought my dog in only to find out that his kidneys were failing - while in the middle of my shock - I must say they were the most caring and empathetic group that I could have had under the circumstances - thank you staff & a special thanks to Elizabeth Stricker,DVM who helped me through the whole process- forever GRATEFUL for your care of Rambo!!!!

The ladies at this clinic were exceptional during our visit. Not only were my pets needs communicated clearly, they also shared with me different avenues of care. My pets recovery was their priority. The facility was so clean and welcoming. I wish I had learned about Northrock Animal for Pets long ago. They made it feel as if we had been patients for years, as the staff was so friendly and warm to both me and dog.

My old vet retired and I switched to north rock. First for a teeth cleaning the bill was less than I expected. They gave all the possible costs up front. I was extremely pleased with the service and how caring everyone was. Next the dachshunds went back for heart worm shots and that also went very well. This is my new veterinarian for the wiener boys.
