I went to this vet because it was the only one still open on a Sunday afternoon as a walk in. My puppy was lethargic and almost unresponsive. Seeing as that I live only a couple minutes away from here, I brought him in before going to the emergency room because the ER is 25 minutes away from me and I wanted to get a quick answer. I walk in with my puppy, extremely emotional and terrified, and the girl at the front desk takes down my information and goes to ask the vet if they are able to take me. The vet's office is directly behind the reception desk, and the door was open so I know he heard what was going on. The receptionist came back and said, "um, well we can probably do blood work and do an exam for $140, but do you want to do that?" I told her, I don't care about the price, I'll pay what I need to pay, I just want the vet to lay eyes on my puppy because this was unusual for him and as a first time pet owner I didn't know what was wrong. Instead of the vet getting up from his desk and just walking over 1 step to lay eyes on my dog and give us any sort of advice, he just said from the office, "if she's that worried she can go to the ER, they have a 30-60 minute wait right now". I went to the ER and needless to say they were more than accommodating. If you ever think your pet is in any type of danger or sick, don't bring them here because the vet won't even acknowledge you. Beware.

I came here because I wasn't happy with my previous vet. I have three Cavaliers and wanted to get a check up on them. After 2 weeks I realized they needed their rabies shots so I brought them back and was charged another $75 for an examination after just seeing them. I asked them for a refund because that didn't make sense and they came back and said that's what they have to do. Well I could take my dog to a pet store and get shots without being charged an examination. They didn't even respond. They lost me as a client

Went to this vet clinic on a Sunday after being able to schedule the appointment the same day. Glad they had one available. Didn't know what to expect since most places are closed on a Sunday if they are not an emergency vet. The staff was very nice, caring and friendly. The intake questions were the right questions and comprehensive. Didn't need to fill out a form. Didn't have to wait at all either. I believe the doctor we saw was Dr. Klingsporn. He did not rush the exam at all and took his time to make sure he checked everything. He also answered any questions I had. I also love the fact that my cat never left the room but all was done right in front of me in a gentle and caring way. The price was reasonable too for the exam and meds. I would recommend this place!

I took my senior cat there as a walk in first thing this morning. She had been peeing blood the night before so I was very concerned. The doctor seemed to be really caring and gentle; and checked her out thoroughly almost immediately. It was incredibly reassuring and the price was very reasonable for a checkup and antibiotics.

They’re always so welcoming and treat our dog like the bestest girl. They work with us every time we make an appointment to make sure our dog is the only animal in the clinic as she is unfortunately aggressive towards other animals because she was abused by previous owners and was a dog fighting ring rescue. Our dog loves the staff so much and loves to go see the vet. This veterinary clinic is the only clinic we trust with our dog in the state of Illinois

So disappointing, my husband needed to talk to him about our baby girl, since she was a diabetic we always had questions and concerns. But he was always to busy to talk to us. Had to rush my baby girl to the emergency vet in Schaumburg, where she later passed away. 7/8/24 the emergency vet said her pancreatitis was failing her numbers were over 5000 and should be around 1200.a month they did a senior blood test on her that cost me 500 and this test should have been included. We could have been a little more prepared for her passing. Instead my little girl suffered. It just amazes me he couldn't take a call or offer to call us back instead they gave my husband a appointment for Sunday July 14th at noon. Unacceptable. Where is the empathy, sympathy kindness. Unfortunately he didn't have any of this. Now my little girl is gone and had to suffer at the end. I would never recommend him for a pet that is very sick. He might good for yearly shots and that's IT. THANKS DOCTOR FOR NOTHING.
