Yo tuve una muy mala experiencia aller alas 6:10 pm yene de emergencia a mis 2 perros y en el trancueso de carrollton a rome murió uno antes de llegar y el otro si llego al hospital pero el problema fue que no lo atendieron les dije que estaba muriendo y no isieron nada por el me regresaron al carro y estuve esperando 3 horas viendo como moria mi otro perro y no se si por ser mexicano porque a todos los americanos que llegaron los atendieron y amy ne dijeron después de firmar que tenia que esperar a que desocuparan un cuarto y murio mi perro me destrosaron el corazón ?

My little sister went to this location on 12/28 to get help with our cat that had ingested some poison. The treatment portion of this visit was great. They provided my cat with the help he needed to get rid of the poison he ingested. I paid for bill for my sister. Like many Americans rn I am broke. I could not afford to let our cat stay overnight for treatment and I told the vet so. My little sister and mom were harassed many times over this decision. I had to make a tough call. I couldn’t afford to pay over 2000 for an emergency vet visit. But they kept asking my sister if she was sure about this decision multiple times. The vet who helped her even made a face at her. I understand that they were just doing their job but it is not cool to make people feel shame for declining a service they cannot afford. Especially when they already feel terrible for making a tough call. The cat is fine. We went to our family vet for further treatment. I had previously gone to this location with my dog who was having heart problems and he needed to be put down however after this experience I will seek other emergency vet clinics should my pets be in need of care. I am grateful for the care that my cat and dog received I am just disappointed in the negative attitude that was directed to my family members during such a terrible situation.

So thankful for this place they were able to see/treat my Doberman Athena when our regular vet was closed. The staff was so friendly and informative. Nothing but good things to say. Will definitely be using this as my emergency vet in future.

Last Saturday I had to take my true baby, Layla, 15 year old Chi-poo, to this ER vet. She had extreme bloating overnight. They informed us of all testing and costs. Dr Melissa Edward's was amazing. I wish she could be my regular vet. She was very thorough alongside the other vets in the building going over all the issues my baby was dealing with. My Layla had a tumor that was rupturing fluid/blood in her abdomen. Edward's was extremely compassionate and very helpful during this devastating time. I am thankful I came here in my emergency. My heart is broken, but having such an amazing person help not only my fur baby, but also us, was a blessing.

I can’t say enough good things about northwest Georgia veterinary. Through a very difficult visit with our dog gracy they went over the top in informing us of each step they were going to take with her and what our treatment options were . In our case we had to decide to put our sweet girl down , even in this difficult time they went above and beyond in making sure we had all the time we needed with her and all special keepsakes to remember her by . The whole staff was very nice and genuine, forever thankful we chose them to take care of our baby!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST TEAM OF PEOPLE IN THE WORLD!!! My mother and I brought our chiwienie in bc we could tell something was massively wrong. Little did we know, without these people she would have been gone far too soon.
They diagnosed her and had her in surgery within a couple hours. She came home just a few hours later (10 I think) and she is getting back to herself.
So thank you all so much to the vets, techs and receptionist. You all made a very very scary situation better.

I normally don’t review places but the staff here was absolutely amazing. I have extreme anxiety to the point where I usually can’t leave the house without someone coming with me but when my pup started showing signs of being really sick, I forced myself to take him in. I’m so happy that the whole process was a lot easier and not as stressful as it could have been. Everything they did showed just how much they cared. The staff was extremely friendly and they made sure that I was both well informed on what was going on with my pup as well as comfortable with any treatment they recommended before moving forward. They kept me informed of what the price was expected to be through the whole duration and patiently explained any risks involved with potential treatments or in the event that CPR was needed. By the time I paid, I was completely confident that my dog would be just fine. The receptionist even walked me to my truck since it was 2 in the morning to make sure I got inside safely. I cannot recommend this place enough. (Jax was completely in love with the staff too, so that’s a win.)

You guys are the best . I took by dog LJ their not knowing what can of shape ,he was in even though he passed away. They showed him how much they care ,love for animals and their owners. Then to send me a beautiful card from the staff . If I ever need to take my other dog somewhere it will be with them. Thank you guys for everything you did for L J.
