The scheduler Rachel was awesome on the phone!! The front desk professional and efficient. Getting me checked in was no problem. The CT team were compassionate and professional. My test report was available on the Portal very quickly. I also had to go back later and get a disc for the doctor and the Radiology office had it within an hour of calling. Everything was also very clean and orderly. I am grateful for all the proficient care I received. Overall excellent experience.

Nurses on the 3rd floor were great. I think the cnas needs to be re trained on patient care. Throwing soiled linen on the floor, not being changed every 2 hours , more like maybe twice during a 12 hour shift. They do not know how to give a bed bath and maintain patient dignity , linens with dry brown urine rings on sheets. This is just a few of the 10 days

From the check in at the e.r. through my surgery, recovery and discharge, everyone was wonderful. They cared about my physical and mental well-being. My doctors never made me feel like they were too busy for me. My nurse, Alex, discussed some of my treatments with me so that I was comfortable with what was happening. Thank you for helping me.

My experience would have been so much better if I wouldn’t have had to wait one full hour after checking in to be taken back to pre op. Once taken back, my nurse had to rush to get things done on me to get me ready to go back to the procedure room. Which was not her fault. Nor was it fair to her to make her rush The nurses were all great and top notch They worked together as a team.
My experience of waiting an hour is one reason I do not like going to LP Northwest. At least install a few TV’s so patients can pass the time without getting stressed out waiting without nothing to watch or at least have background music playing so we don’t hear information about other patients checking in.

Took my 8yr old there after he wasn't getting better of a week long flu A. Admitting lady wouldn't put the patients wristband on him. Guess a 8 yr old was to do that himself. Next the er nurse went to another nurse and had asked what I had asked her. (Which was whom do I contact to file a complaint with?) Our nurses reply to that was pathetic..which I have in a recording. I felt MY 8yr old would NOT get the medical care he needed. As we were leaving the nurse came back into his room and asked why we were leaving... well you tell me why you found it necessary to worry about what I ask another nurse.. She tried to LIE.. UNTIL I said luckily it's all recorder in my phone. Nurse then tells me she is calling the cops because that is against the law to record her.. Was recording the 8 yr old NOT her but luckily it did pick it all up in the background of my video. So, of course being threatened with the police. I went with my very sick 8 yr old to the parking lot and I called the police station about the whole situation. And an officer showed up to talk with my 8 yr old & myself about the situation. So, YES I HAVE REPORT/VIDEO TO BACK UP ALL I'VE POSTED. Sadly, there are some good employees that are thrown into the stereotypical lazy people in the medical field. We WILL NOT be back to this facility. And will NEVER recommend your facility. I'm sitting at Beacon ER with my 8 yr old getting the care he should have had hours ago.
Waiting on his results to see if the family needs to push this issue further. due to the lack of care a very sick 8 yr old needed and was NOT GIVEN. Or the fact how quickly your staff was to talk trash about someone and actually LIE to cover their wrong doings.. Cracks me up when I heard Document it all from them..Yes, please document all including the patients visit video, the patients unused wristband that they didn't want to put on the sick 8 yr old child.

I would like to thank everyone for my exceptional care/ Katie, Linzie, Gloria, Mary, Shawn,Amy, Dr. Graham,Erin,Dr.Fumo.From the moment I arrived the staff was incredibly professional, compassionate and supportive and everyone involved made me feel comfortable and explained everything in detail, which gave me confidence and peace of mind throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate the kindness and expertise by each staff member. Also that I received a call the next day to see how I was doing.

I am compelled to share my disappointing experience with an ER doctor at your hospital. The doctor in question was not only rude but also provided inaccurate information, assuring my daughter and me that her CT scan was normal. However, the gynecologist's office later contacted us to discuss the cyst on her ovary that was evident in the scan. When we returned with my son, we had the misfortune of encountering the same doctor, who conducted a limited evaluation, including only a chest X-ray, despite his complaints of rib, chest, and back pain. After reviewing the results, she assured us that he was fine and sent us on our way. The next day, we sought care at Franciscan, where they provided more comprehensive and attentive care, including additional testing and treatment. The results revealed high inflammation, requiring a consultation with a spine specialist. I strongly believe that this doctor's behavior and competence are not satisfactory, particularly given her lack of empathy and poor communication skills. It is essential to address these concerns to ensure that patients receive the care they deserve.
