The staff was kind, professional, & very caring. You can tell they love their jobs. Dr. Walker was very gentle & good to my very anxious German Shepherd. She understood her issues & gave me some different options to treat her anxiety other than throwing pills at her & hoping for the best. Am so happy I changed vets & went with Novak Veterinary Center. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends with pets.

Novak Animal Care Center is wonderful. I am happy with the care my furbabies have received. We have used Novak for general care, emergency care and the unfortunate care of euthanasia. The entire staff is compassionate and understanding.Dr. Kutil is beyond amazing! My pups and I love her! ❤️?

I am only rating their total lack of compassion and how they just want money. My dog had cancer and had large tumors. On the advice of our vet we had the best 6 weeks we could give him and last night was the night he told us he needed to go. He had trouble walking to the car and stopped eating. We called Novak to see about putting him to sleep as he was in pain and ours and all other vets are closed on the weekend. Talked to Novak and not only did they care less about a dog in alot of pain but wanted to charge us 1k to put him to sleep. They could have care less and wanted double/triple the cost of the Euthanasia at any other vet. They tried to extort $$ from people desperate to provide help to thier dog.

You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. I hope your actual vet skills are better because you are horrible at the way you treated my family.

The front desk to the vet techs & the vet, Dr. I were all very friendly & helpful. Our first visit, my cat, Morris responded very well with them. Dr. I called me after hours with the test results so I wouldn't have to wait, that is what I call great & caring service! Every visit since the staff have been so friendly and caring. I have boarded my Morris there a few times and all the staff tell me how they visit him to help him not be lonely! I am so grateful to have found this veterinary clinic!

So glad we found Novak! We were on vacation and no other vet would see our dog for an emergency. They squeezed her in the schedule and took such good care of her! Thank you Novak for everything! We HIGHLY recommend! 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ treatment!

Very pleased. I had to take my cat in on emergency with a limping back leg on a Sat. morning.Great care and diagnosed CCL(ACL) knee problem. Started on meds and lazer . Very pleased.No other vets in town were available on weekends.

Dr. Kutil and her staff always take excellent care of my dog Sugar Cookie and provide many options of care to help keep her comfortable as she ages. She has has surgery, dental cleanings and routine checks ups, all of which have been great. Highly recommended for all the pups. ?
