I had a great experience at 107 Garage Corp! The location is super convenient, and the staff was professional and friendly. The garage was clean, well-lit, and felt very safe, which is always a plus when parking in NYC. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the attendants handled my car with care.

Prices were reasonable for Manhattan, and I appreciated that there was no long wait to retrieve my car. Overall, a hassle-free experience—I'll definitely be parking here again!

Horrible. If I could give this place a - 5 star I would. Rudest people running it. I stayed there as a monthly for years because the price was good before Covid but now they have continued to raise it every six months and service has actually gotten WORSE! Constant physical dents and damage to the exterior, covered in corrosive water and plaster from pipes and ceiling, service is rude and /or non-unresponsive. They literally call and yell at us if we don’t pick up our car within five minutes of the set time and yet when we try to call them to ask to pick up our car at a certain time hours or days in advance, and we write it on the board, and we also use their text system... We get there and it’s not available and we wait for 45 minutes. It is bonkers. Do not park here. They continue to damage my car over and over and over again. And yet there is no recourse. We have no process to file a complaint and when you specifically point it out at pickup, they say, “what? do you think that happened here? You can’t prove that.”

Great NYC garage experience. Dropped our Honda Accord off on Friday around 3pm. Easy hand off. Then you can text an hour before pick up so the car is ready. I texted them then went and car was ready. Once I handed my slip they had it within 5 minutes. Checked the car everything looked good. Would recommend this garage.

Horrible. I would not reccomend this place to anyone. I prepaid for a certain amount of time and even picked my car up 1 hour earlier than expected and was told that I still had to give then an additional 5 dollars. This place is full of scams and I shall definitely alert my guest at the hotel to not use this place

Worst rental experience I have ever had. Staff wears their masks around their chins, not covering their mouths. Extremely unhappy and rude individuals. These guys hate their lives. While people were waiting, they were on a cigarette break in the back of the garage ignoring us. Car was filthy dirty - during a pandemic! I will pay double the amount at any other garage as long as I never have to interact with these individuals again.

If you don’t mind a wait for when you pick up your car, $21 between 7-9am for 12 hours is a good deal, otherwise $30 for 12 overall is even better. Short staffed but mildly mannered employees, usually 1-2 guys manning the garage, better to show up than call…

I arrived back within half an hour and waited at the cashier table. Eventually got the guy waving the parking flag to let someone know I needed to pay I was past half an hour now. Sure enough I was. I said I was here waiting for a few minutes are you able to correct the time for me to which he immediately threw up his hands like I sorry. The machine says you're late. I explained the situation and he instead of correcting the issue or even being polite told me it wasn't his problem it's passed the half hour. Then I started to get more upset as I explained it was precisely his problem he wasn't there I had to send someone to get him and he still didn't care and continue to tell me that I shouldn't behave this way, I shouldn't be upset, it's not his problem he was getting a customers car. To which I told him I never said it was an issue, but I was here on time and should pay more. I asked for his name, Nicholas. He was unhelpful dismissive and combative.

I ended up paying nearly twice as much. Tried calling main customer number but the guys voicemail box is full.

Incredibly disappointed with everything about the experience, there Adler so many places I can park, I don't get why they would go out of their way to provide such terrible customer service. The younger guy was polite and apologized so at least thy have him.

Wish I can give two ratings the morning guy was amazing however the bald afternoon guy that work at 330pm on 8/10 has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! you need to get RID OF HIM! Use iPark everywhere I go and NEVER had this experience. Management needs better talent
