I've been with NYC Virtual Office for the last 7 years. Honestly, the group who run this service are delightful and have great customer service. I am always greeted when I walk in and attended to right away. There have been times when I have walked in and the clerks were all dealing with other customers and the owner of the company dropped what he was doing to cater to my needs. There has never been a mistake with any of my packages and I am always contacted immediately when it arrives. The prices for their services are really competitive and I would recommend to anyone.

I have had a mail box for my biz here for years... like many. The staff is amazing, the prices are so reasonable, and the personal customer service is the best, with all the clients they have, I can call up for what ever reason, just give my first name and they know who I am, its a real partnership, but on a personal level, not just business as usual, and I love Tina!! Always will go out of her busy schedule to help issue that may arise with shipping... what a great place, service and staff. xoxo

I moved to NY in 2002, and wanted a secure location to receive my mail and packages. After searching, I came across this establishment. The service is always prompt, courteous, and respectful. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I appreciate the emails that I receive when my packages arrive. The emails include a photo of the boxes, allowing me to know exactly which packages have arrived. I've never had any issues with misplaced packages. Even when I moved out of state for a few years, my mail was always forwarded to me, without delay. 17 years later, I'm still receiving my mail and packages here. I would highly recommend this establishment.

At least 12 years ago NYC Virtual Office was recommended to me and I've never felt like my business could exist without it. The staff have always been consistent and the service has provided me peace of mind while traveling and moving locations because all my important deliveries and business documents were always secure and waiting for me. In small town America, the neighborhood postman becomes a friend as he delivers mail, packages, birthday cards and magazines. Well, this is a big city and the staff at Virtual Office have become my friends as they have diligently taken care of my office and personal needs for over 20 years. As a mail service and voice mail center they have never let me down. I feel like the character Norm in "Cheers" as they welcome me by my first name whenever I come to their office. I have had an office presence at NYC Virtual Office for at least 10 years and it exceeds my expectations.

At least 90% of my mail & packages are received there & never have I had an adverse issue such as mail misplaced or missing.

The staff is very friendly though professional, courteous, detailed, efficient, prompt with the service they provide.

I am quite pleased to have NYC Virtual Office as my virtual office, thus will continue to do so for years to come.
