I’ve been with Aerobeep since 2007. I am extremely happy with the service. Their Representative, Anil, is very helpful and always handle me with care and greets all clients with a smile. He is very courteous and goes out of his way to make sure all our needs are met. He is polite, professional, and I simply just love how he remembers my name & account off the top of his head whenever I come through… even if I haven’t been there in a very long while. I was worried that I wouldn't be in town when a package came in and the fees would be very high for storage. I reached out to NYMail when the package arrived earlier this week to let them know I wouldn't be back in NYC until next week. They responded to the email by letting me know the fees for storage (their fees are very, very fairly priced) and they had no problem holding the package until I return next week.

I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a secure mail/parcel facility in NYC. Great customer service and a great company that isn't looking to gouge its customers, which has become increasing rare in today's environment.

Really great, reliable service in a city where packages might go through a lot to get to you. This is my best address for receiving anything of value, especially when a signature is required. I've been with these guys for longer than most NYC tenants have been alive. NYMail staff hardly ever see me and yet they remember my face every time.
