I took my 16 year old cat, Shadow, for a routine checkup. It was me and my cat's first time here and my experience was positive. It was easy to make an appointment over the phone. The receptionist was friendly and polite.

The vet tech was professional and knowledgeable and explained everything that was going to happen. The doctor was friendly and kind and recommended the available procedures for my cat.

If I followed all the recommendations, it would of got really expensive for me. So, I only got the checkup. My cat is in good health and I felt that he didn't need the extra work.

There is no pressure. They, simply, lay out the treatment options and prices and have you make the decision. They recommend what they think is necessary but, it's your call.

In the end, you have to decide what's best for your animal and live with the decision.

We ❤ Olympic Pet Hospital !!!

I can not recommend this pet hospital enough, and I'm not the only one in the know. This hospital has a steady stream of loyal persons and pets making their way through the door. The staff is always so helpful in making appointments, setting reminders, providing a deeper insight into after care, and preventative care.

My pup has been here since she came home. No matter what service they have provided her, she has always healed exceptionally! I've also heard how they are with other people's animals, and they are so compassionate and tender. Which is a dream for me. I feel so relieved leaving my little love in their care, because I know they care as much as I do. ?

The parking is a little tricky, but if you come early and anticipate tight parking, you'll be less surprised. Also, don't be afraid to take your time exiting the parking lot, just so you don't add any stress to yourself before, during, or after your animal's visit.

[Update]

We've since returned for our annual physical and updated shots. Although they were busy, the front staff is always so helpful and pleasant. The doctor is such a gentle delight. He provides helpful advice, checked my pup thoroughly, and offered positive suggestions I plan to implement into her routine. I'm so grateful for the commendable, dependable experience.

Best vets in LA!! They helped my kitten recover from a major emergency surgery and IMPROVED her care over the advice given at the kitty ER. They have also helped my other cat recover from terrible issues with his gut, and he’s feeling better than ever!

Don't go this tiny animal hospital. The vet is very rude and arrogant, sometimes speaking Korean and other times refusing to treat the animal, saying she doesn't speak Korean. I know that the vet is the daughter of the doctor who opened the animal hospital, and when I brought my dog there a few years ago, she treated me in Korean, but when I went there this time to discuss my dog’s regular checkup and neutering, she refused to treat me, saying she couldn’t speak Korean and told me to go to another hospital. Has that Korean female vet, who looks to be in her 50s, really forgotten all about Korean in the past few years? Anyway,
don't go to the hospital especially Korean They are very unkind and rude for Korean even thought the vets are Korean. I am very offended by their attitude.

Best vet clinic in the area hands down. Great staff that's super friendly and attentive. I felt that the Doctor and the Vet Techs were genuine in their approach and this was the first Vet office where they did not try to oversell me vaccines or services that we already had or did not need.

Update: Went again with an appointment on 6/24/24 for my cat that has an injury on the bottom of his left front paw. The staff is absolutely amazing, each and every single one of them. I called over the weekend when they were closed to see if they had an earlier appointment since my schedule changed and they called back more than once to follow up and then let me know that an earlier appointment had opened up. They really took great care of my cat, taking into consideration what he needed but also what would be convenient for me as an owner. Definitely plan in advance and don't expect a same day visit when making appointments because they can get pretty busy but it's 100% worth it, this is by far the BEST Vet Clinic you could bring your pets to.
