I visted this location for the first time on 7/8/2024 for a DOT Physical. Doctor O was so attentive to what I had going on and made me feel more comfortable than any doctor I've ever been to. I normally get anxiety doing my DOT Physicals but Doctor O quickly helped me get over that nervousness real fast. I will definitely only let him do my physicals from this point on. He's very professional and courteous to his patients!

My daughter has been using Dr. Opachich for years for allergy elimination with great success. Her most recent allergy elimination break through came when she would be severely sick for days when eating lettuce to eating lettuce again and being fine within 24 hours of allergy elimination treatment . Her allergy doctor told her it would take 2 years for their treatment of drops under her tongue without a guarantee of success but this treatment worked in 24 hours!! It is weird for sure because of the odd way it works but IT WORKS.

Best doctor around. He knows what he is doing without being greedy .Excellent service for an excellent price. He is very concerned about health, gives you good advice, and has good supplements that I would recommend. Since I followed his instructions my health improved a lot. If you need a DOT exam don't hesitate to do it there.

Hands down the most detailed oriented Doc I've ever met. He wants to help understand and fix the pain issue, not cover it up with injections or pain medication like all my past doctors have. After 10+ years of chronic neck and back pain, I have an amazing amount of relief when it comes to my daily pain level and flare ups. I've gone from a daily pain level of 7-8, down to a 3-4 in a matter of about 3 weeks of working with them. I am clueless as to what a 0 pain level will be like but I see it in my near future.

I just moved to jacksonville. They do dot physicals. Awesome staff, very friendly. They also have other more wholistic approaches to medical treatments, and given the fact that traditional doctors and big pharma are more concerned about making life long patients it's nice to see a doctor who takes a stand and isn't just trying to write prescriptions to make money. Terrific place. Driven by ethics instead of greed. I will always as long as I live in the jax area come here for my DOT physicals.

Went for a DOT exam. Even though I had to wait awhile (no appt), they were excellent. Dr. was great but Amanda made my wait more than bearable. Great personality, very engaging and took the boring out of that waiting room. Fabulous hire doc!
