La atención que dan a nuestros amiguitos peludos es fantástica, no cabe duda de que un veterinario debe sentir mucho amor por los animales, y eso fue lo que mi perrita Sashita recibió en este grandioso hospital, me regaló 17 años y un mes. Por eso estoy muy agradecida al Dr. John Lucy que le dio la mejor atención por más de un año, gracias por los tiernos cuidados que le dio a mi querida amiga Sashita 🐶🐾 Lamentablemente me tuvieron que dormir a mi querida Sashita 3 Junio/19 pues tenía un año padeciendo de problemas renales, aún en sus últimas horas de vida el personal del hospital la tuvo muy bien atendida y las comodidades que le dieron en sus últimos momentos fuero muy especiales. Me duele muchísimo la partida de mi niña y la extraño enormemente, pero fue lo mejor para ella y se fue con dignidad. Recomiendo sin lugar a dudas este hospital y por eso le doy 5 estrellas ⭐️

Mi perrito de 6 libras fue atendido por la neuróloga en el hospital de orador por la Dra Kerry Bailey. DVM.DACVIM neurology . Esta dra sobre paso a mi perro de 6 libras de esteroides prolonlongadas por 5 semanas continuas para un tratamiento inútil que casi lleva a mi perro a la muerte segura ocasionándole por el uso de esteroides piedras en su vejiga por la cual tuvieron que operar de emergencia para salvarle la vida en otro hospital en New York . Mi perrito tuvo dos Cirugia una por el problema neurologico que la dra sabía que no tenía otro tratamiento más que la cirugía y lo torturo por 5 semanas con un vendaje la cual me cobraban cada semana y con esteroides matándomelo poco a poco. Mi perrito me lo salvaron después de 28 días interno en un hospital en New York hoy sigue en su recuperación por favor no hablo engles pero quiero que el mundo sepa lo que me pasó esta gente del hospital de oradel me cobraron por ese tratamiento mortal 2,000 dólares es un hospital terrible mi experiencia!!!!!

Deseó dar mis más caluroso agradecimiento a este gran Hospital,el día de hoy 10/13/2019 en la tarde me encontraba desesperado ya que mi mascota una tortuga perdió una uña y comenzó a perder sangre desde el día de ayer fueron varios mis intentos de parar la hemorragia mi única solución fue llevarla a oradell Animal Hospital la lleve con temor porque no tenía dinero para pagar soy una persona desavilitada con recursos limitados pero mi LOCA como yo la llamo a mi tortuga era lo que más me importaba mi amiga me facilito una tarjeta de crédito y la lleve al hospital la enfermera la llevo, yo solo pensaba en el valor a pagar me tome un café gratis aquí en el hospital para apaciguar los nervios,al cabo de un tiempo me la regresaron a mi LOCA la enfermera, solo pensé en el valor a pagar.
Cuál mi sorpresa? me dijo la señora Enfermera que no tenía que pagar nada y que la hemorragia había sido parada y me obsequio medicina por si regresaba la hemorragia.
Gracias por tanta gentileza de corazón,se los digo de parte de mi LOCA y yo le estamos muy agradeidos,ella es parte de mi vida ya que tengo 20 años con ella,en este momento duerme plácidamente, gracias a Dios y a ustedes.

We had an absolutely terrible experience at Oradell Animal Hospital. After checking in at 12:30 PM, we waited over four hours for an ultrasound. We were repeatedly assured that our dog would receive an ultrasound before any potential emergency surgery. However, at 3:45 PM, the staff informed us that the ultrasound technician had already left, leaving us with no options other than to hospitalize our dog overnight and delay testing until the following day—completely unacceptable.

Frustrated and concerned for our dog’s health, we decided to drive an hour to another hospital (Eclipse in Whippany), which provided exceptional care. We were in and out within 45 minutes.

Amanda, the supervisor at Oradell, showed absolutely no sympathy and still expected us to pay a substantial hospital bill just to stabilize our dog overnight. Her response was, “One of our doctors went home sick, so your pet’s urgency was miscommunicated to our staff.” Really, Amanda? That’s the excuse?

The care was appalling, and the front office staff were extremely rude. When I expressed my frustration, one employee even said, “Oh well, I didn’t check you in, so it’s not my problem.”

We had specifically asked whether our dog would be seen and given an ultrasound, and we were assured he would be. We checked in at the appropriate time, yet we sat there for four hours, unnecessarily increasing the risk of our dog requiring emergency surgery.

Do yourself a favor—DO NOT go to this hospital.

I can’t even express how thankful I am for oradell. I have been here several times since I have 6 dogs, but last night I went in around 11 with one of my dogs. He had something that was not life threatening at the current time due to catching it early and as the office was full as you can imagine the vet tech came out and looked at my dog. She advised she was going to take him back and check it out quickly before it got worse! Within 10 minutes my dog was perfect and she advised there was no charge!!! I have spent thousand of dollars on my dogs unfortunately due to illnesses and emergency but I have never walked in to any vet let alone an emergency vet with an office full of emergencies for them to tell me NO CHARGE! Thank you so much for all involved. The front desk staff was always exceptional. This was an amazing experience!!!

I had a really wonderful experience here, and I’m so grateful for all their help. I see the reviews are mixed and I will say it was expensive: but for fast, emergency care, knowledgeable staff, and quality prescriptions, my guinea pig, Crumb, is back to his perfect, healthy self. I called at 6pm on a Sunday night when his runny nose inconveniently emerged. I had called 7 other places already because I live an hour away in NY. I was so relived when i was referred to them, and they were available throughout the night. Crumb is feeling better, he did great taking his medicine, and my other guinea pig never got sick! 🐹 ♥️

The veterinarians here are great, but the billing and administration is a mess. I was told I had to pay in full on the day of my dogs surgery, which I prepared for and completed at the time of dropping my dog off. Upon pick-up later that day, I even received a refund on some procedures that turned out not necessary. Now a few months later, I receive a call telling me that there's another invoice didn't inclue all the original services and that I owe another +$1K!

I talked to billing and they said there must of been an error on their end but I'm still responsible for the the unexpected bill. So beware of surprise invoices even when you were told everything is set on the day of the procedure!

The passing of our dog was devastating to my family and I, especially my daughter who was not able to see her in her final hours. We called Oradell Animal Hospital the next day and they still had her body and made arrangements for my daughter and other family members to visit our baby Hennie one last time. They gave us a private room and told us to take as much time as we need with her. When they brought her to us she looked so peaceful and that made my daughter feel so at ease. Knowing she was able to see our sweet girl for one last time and give her all the kisses and tell her until we meet again at the Rainbow Bridge.

I am forever grateful for Oradell Animal Hospital for giving my daughter a last chance to say goodbye to our sweet girl.
