Really pleased with our first visit to Orchards Pet Hospital for our senior kitty, Alice (18). The vet diagnosed the issue promptly following an exam and x-rays and clearly articulated what was going on (severe arthritis). We decided on an injectable that would help her quality of life and I'm happy to report that not only is Alice getting around better, I have caught her acting like a kitten. There were a few questions we didn't get answered in this trip but are looking forward to discussing those on future visits. Thank you!

After being a patient for over 20 years, we could not have our pet seen for symptoms with vomiting and discharge nor were our concerns heard by the receptionist. Simply, we cannot see her today, feel free to call around or go to the emergency clinic. Not very good customer service or appreciation for long term clients. Highly disappointed especially considering their partnership with local humane societies and other animal help groups. Consider going elsewhere, they are too overwhelmed to care for your pet as needed.

I am so happy with the care my fur baby has received at Orchards.
From the moment we walked in for our appointment we were happily greeted by the front desk staff.
The vet tech was awesome! The Dr was amazing and answered all of my questions.
My dog was so comfortable with everything. He has a tendency to get horrible anxiety. He was completely fine with everyone!

Recently used them for the first time. I needed to get my cat spade. My regular vet was going to charge me 400 dollars and frankly I thought that was way to much money. I gave Orchards a call and they were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions The price was way more reasonable. I was able to get in really quickly. The Dr kept me updated and informed me about what to expect after the surgery. My cat is recovering amazingly and they even checked in with me the next day. This place is a 10 out of 10.

Our labradoodle had a sore toe that I thought was from stepping on something, but time and home treatments weren't helping enough. I was able to get him in the same day to have it examined and treated. Turns out it was a cheat grass that I had missed while doing our nightly foot checks and it had abscessed. They treated him, gave him a good ear cleaning and treated his ear infection that he had too! The price was reasonable, and explained. He is doing 100% better now!

We have been taking our pets to Orchards Pet Hospital for over 25 years now, and I've never had a bad experience with the care they've given our pets.
They're kind, compassionate, informative and always include us on treatment options.
I have the best memories of vet visits, from helping our pets through a crisis to staying healthy and, yes-even saying good-bye.
These people really care about not just the pets, but the those that are blessed to have furry family members and a great team to keep them healthy and living their best life!

We were in earlier today as our boys are new patients there, and Iwe wanted to say thank you for the care that was given to our babies. We had been going to another vet and we're dissatisfied with the care of babies received. We truly felt that the staff cared about our babies and that is so important to us. I have been taking the furry members of our family to Orchards Pet Hospital for over 40 years. I have never received anything but care and compassion from this group of Professionals. My little dog, Bella, became very sick last week. I called & they immediately made room for me to bring her in.
