WARNING!! ⚠️
I had my one year old cat’s appointment for his rabies and a feline leukemia shot/booster. They charged me over $400! That is absolutely outrageous! Maybe this vet only specializes in dogs? But I was taken for a ride! Wow!

The new vet, Dr Elder, was so nice and the young tech was extremely friendly and loving to Ziggy. Both are so important when instilling confidence. They can always get you in fast and I appreciate they keep you updated on the costs of the visit. We’ve been coming here for several years now and overall it’s been a good experience!

Ormond Beach Family Vet squeezed me in last minute for an eye injury for my pup. They not only took me in right away, but treated me & my dog with respect, kindness, love & professionalism. I called midmorning and they were able to see my dog a few hours later. The whole team is genuinely friendly. They gave me a fair estimate before doing the necessary work. I don't want to give further detail here, but I want to thank them for the extra care they provided. Lastly, they did not attempt to pressure me into anything. Thanks again, I feel I have found my dog's new vet!!

My dog had a severe skin allergy reaction. It spread so quickly that his whole belly was raw within a couple days. He was in a lot of pain. The office ladies kept calling me as soon as an earlier time slot would open. When we got there, the staff was awesome as always, and Dr. Eckerd (spell?) was amazing. Within 24 hours, my dog was 90% better. Thank you!!!!
Now we are walking again.

I am ALWAYS freaked out to have to find a new doctor for my " Fur Babies "
BUT this was thee most pleasant environment and clinic I had ever been to .
First of all , Michelle was an absolute DREAM ! She heard my concerns , and knew I needed to get established with a new doctor , but our Meeko was having blood in his stool . Without being established yet , they got us in the very next morning at 9am . I walked into the office , and to my delight ... the office floors were so clean !!! No pee pee from other pets which is ALWAYS a problem of mine . They had a very easy info sheet to fill out ( not 10 pages long ) Even had jewelry to shop for while we waited to be seen / where proceeds go to help animals in need ( WHO HAS THAT ? ) We didn't have to wait long at all , and we walked into the exam room . Greeted by the amazing and adorable Dr. Burke himself . He dealt with my crazy perfectly , and the floors were clean !!!! Dr. Burke was an incredibly loving man who is devoted to families you can immediately tell. Dr. Burke sent me home with a blue slip ( LOL ) which had information in detail on how we help our sweetie's condition / What were the best foods to enhance life span , etc. Dr. Burke was just all in all a great person ( I like warm and caring people ) When we were finished , we then went to check out .... AND CAN I SAY .... THE PRICES WERE 100 TIMES LESS THAN ANYONE AROUND !!!!! To top - - Dr. Burke called me HIMSELF the next am like 7:30 am in the morning and wanted to make sure Meeko was doing wonderfully and assured me that I could call ANYTIME with any concerns !!!!! WHO DOES THAT ... Well, Dr. Burke does !!!!! HOLY CRAPPERS !!! I AM ONE HAPPY FUR MOMMY AND DR. BURKE HAS A DEVOTED CLIENT FOR LIFE ( Hope he isn't going anywhere any time soon ) We have 5 other Fur Babies who will be coming soon !!! LOL ~ Dr. Burke is going to see a lot of us ! ha Hubby says THANK YOU TOO !!! " HAPPY WIFE , HAPPY LIFE !
