We paid $4000 for a pair of “custom “ braces for our dog after her accident. I highly doubt how much “custom” work was put in these braces. She was bruised and cut so bad it breaks my heart every time I look at her! Terrible business. Even our vet was disappointed.
Looking at the response from the business, all I have to say is you delivered exactly the same results as a pair of braces online, which would have cost a fraction. For $4000, you gave your customer nothing extra.

We opted to get a Stifle Brace for our dog instead of surgery for a torn ACL. She now wears the brace all day, and is able to run and walk without a limp or pain. She can swim up to 25 minutes straight with hardly any rest. Our dog has been in the brace since April 2024. Very effective and easy to put on and take off. We highly recommend OrthoPets, and the Stifle Brace they provide.

ORTHOPETS is amazing! My 5 year golden had a ccl tear and the best option for her was a brace. Our experience has been nothing but positive! Thank you to the team at ORTHOPETS for much support and great communication in getting her back to doing all the things she loves!!!

I bought a shoulder harness for my dog from Orthopets. The velcro was so strong I could barely undo it. On days it was cold and windy outside it was impossible- to tolerate 8-10 mimutes of wrestling with the strongest velcro I've ever experienced. I called the company to talk to them and they never really bothered to call me back. And I gave up and pretty much wasted my money as I don't use it for my dog bc it takes 10 minutes to wrestle the velcro. Disappointed.

though we have just started with the process I find Orthopets to be unresponsive and borderline rude. My Vet says they are pleasant to her, too bad it is me who paid the bill and is dealing with a lame dog. After 4 surgeries we decided to put our dear Honey in a brace as she was unable to support herself on her front left paw. From the very get they have been very resistant to any thing I have asked of them . My dog now is wearing her brace and hopping on 3 legs so she doesn't have to put the brace on the ground. It is rubbing and causing her to bleed. I paid the price for their sleeve but they sent the wrong size. They won't replace it until I jump through hoops for them. I left a message today for the owner, and was informed that she is rarely in the office and will get back to me pretty much when she feels like it. I find it incredible that a company operating on the premise of helping pets is so blind to the actual needs of their clients. Orthopets as a group are callous to the parents of these pets, who are dealing daily with the physical troubles of their beloved furry babies. As a business owner myself I am always aware that the service I provide can be found everywhere and strive to make my customer experience positive, I would suggest to anyone needing a these services find someone else to give your business to. You can get these appliances in lots of places, why give your business to someone that really doesn't care.

OrthoPets is awesome!! They recommended and made a brace for my 11 year old Aussie/Lab mix who tore her ACL. Since this was her second tear, and she is an older dog, we did not want her to go through another surgery (costly and painful). The brace my dog wears provides the much needed support she needs to stay active (as active as an 11 year old dog is). Initially, my dog hated the device. Dr. Mich and Martin made subtle adjustments that increased her comfort. She now wears her brace almost all day, and seems comfortable spending time napping with it on. OrthoPets is a great choice for those wanting/needing an alternative to surgery. They are doing GREAT things for pets. You won't be disappointed! I highly recommend them.
