1 star is a gift!

Both Amber Jones and Dr. Kahle need to be removed.

Both ladies seem to be pushing all seniors away from the office by referring their cases out to unnecessary duplicate medical care.

There has been a mass exodus by seniors because both have been referring all care, needed or not, out of the Chenoa office. Often referring clients to unnecessary doctor's that have no clue why the patient is there. As the client does not present any symptoms.

My WC case was turned over to Amber as Kelly was not hired yet back in 2020. Amber sent me to a Urologist due to incontinence bladder and bowel. Dr. Tolentino found nothing wrong with me.. Amber asked me if I wanted to be referred to my previous surgeon a Uro-Gnynecoligist which I agreed to. She writes this unprofessional, 2 year old letter which Dr. Kahle approved. The letter basically read maybe Shari does or doesn't need to see a Uro-Gnynecoligist letter to my insurance company whom denied coverage. Dr felt I needed to see a 2nd women Urologist that has the same specialty letters after her name as Dr. Tolentino. When I stood up to Dr. Kahle, stating that she was not working in my best interest.

Dr. Kahle and Amber Jones will commit to proper care. Unfortunately, their definition of proper medical treatment is lazy, unprofessional, failing to document medical files, and conveniently forget what they committed to. Failed to get me to back to my originating surgeon.

13 days after parting ways, I had the referral to the Uro-Gnynecoligist. Day 14, I was sitting in my new GP office floored and thankful that Dr. Wherle was taking ownership for the referral.

2 weeks later, I'm sitting in the Uro-Gnynecoligist office and through testing found my pelvic floor bottoms out when I go from a sit to stand position.

Surgery to implant a 2nd estem unit was done on May 9th and I am still recovering from.

Chenoa wants their small town, one stop shop, with doctor's that actually care, back.
