Love the quality care our pups get at Oso Pet Care Center. Dr. Han and Dr. Park have been taking care of our pets for over 14 years and we couldn't be happier. The Veterinarians and the entire team at Oso Pet Care Center are knowledgeable and professional, as well as caring and compassionate. We are so happy to have found this place. We just moved to the area and found Oso Pet Care Center on Yelp/Google. The staff is kind, the office is super cute and homey, and we got the best care for our kitty. We love the text communication for setting up appointments and checking in, as we can't typically make phone calls during work hours. We really appreciated the clear communication regarding pricing and support to make sure our pet insurance had everything they needed to cover our visit. We will definitely be making this our regular vet!

When our previous vet retired, we were worried about finding another vet that wasn't owned by a corporation, and had caring staff. We were so happy to find Oso, because it is close to our house and met all of our requirements. My first visit there was an emergency visit as a new patient. I called at 9 a.m. and was in by 1. All the testing was done onsite, and my dog was treated there and sent home with meds, in addition to the meds she got during her stay. Dr. Park was very competent and kind, as was all of the staff I interacted with. I felt like my dog was getting the best care possible.

Dr. Han is the best vet in OC: caring, methodical, analytical, and knowledgeable. He is an active listener and has great bedside manner, especially for breaking difficult news to us pet parents. I would not trust my cat's delicate health to anyone else.

The staff is friendly, attentive, and the doctors great! They are gentle with my puppy, have been great at communicating with me, explaining issues with my puppy, and following up to see how she is. They were kind when I was freaking out and crying my eyes out because my puppy was super sick and had an obstruction. Definitely recommend Oso Pet Care!
