I’ve definitely found a vet I can trust and rely on with the health of my cat. My cat was very sick and my scheduled appointment at another vet clinic apparently never existed. After calling around for last minute appointments, I found University pet hospital and they were able to squeeze me in that same day, about an hour later! Everyone- the vet techs, the front desk, the doctor, were all so nice and helpful, and the prices were very reasonable. Dr. Munoz was knowledgeable and immediately knew what was wrong with my cat and how to treat him. I am so thankful for the kindness you guys showed me that day and my cat is doing great now thanks to you ❤️

These folks are the best in the business! We had been taking our
lil dog to these folks for over 10 years until his passing and we cant begin to thank them for the loving care and treatment they gave to beloved dog Scrappy.

The level of care they provided our lil guy was nothing short of exceptional! Always spot on with testing, communication, dietary needs, and diagnosis for his many conditions over the years he was in your care.

I did some research a few months ago to find a good vet for my dogs. There were a few that interested me. I decided to give University Pet Hospital a chance. My experience here has been pretty awful. I get annual physicals for all my dogs, and the first one was completed, but that evening I was forced to rush my dog to the Pet ER on Jackson avenue, due to allergic reaction to the vaccine which was given. My dogs have never had a reaction to the vaccine, so this was new for me. I informed this vet of the reaction, and told him because my dogs were so small I was worried the vaccine which was used may be to much all at once for my dogs. I took my second dog in and the same day I had to rush my dog to the Pet ER on Jackson avenue. The third dog I brought in, I said not vaccine will be given to my dogs I will take them elsewhere for vaccines. The completely messed up the physical I wanted done, I had to bring my dog back to have the physical finished. Today,.I'm bringing in my fourth dog, I was early so the blond front desk worker told me I was 30min early, I said no worries I'll wait but that I needed to verify the procedures for today as there was confusion with the third dog. I waited without saying a word as she ignored me and answered phone without acknowledging me. Finally after she hung up and walked past me, I said excuse me I wanted to verify the procedures. She said "your early". I said yes, and I will wait for my appointment but before that, I want verify the procedures. She said we know it's for a physical and vaccination. No, I said no vaccination. The exam is only part. She again stated I could wait for my appointment. I said I'm going to walk out because your being unprofessional and rude. She said I feel the same about you. I said no worries, this will be the last time my dogs will be seen here, and I will need all their records. So far the Veterinarian Dr./ Owner stated that he will discuss the situation in the staff meeting. For me and my dogs, We will find a different veterinarian.

Lovely staff, everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Sayres was very patient and empathetic with my questions, and offered me options for my cat without being pushy. My little floof is recovering well and I definitely trust them with his continued care ☺️

We are going to Hawaii and needed our dogs paperwork to align with all the documents required by Hawaii. It is a difficult process and lengthy. Jessica made it seamless and she was very positive and organized about the whole situation. She made sure we were communicating and we were taken care of.

I cannot express how much I love this vet. Even when I had a slight emergency situation with my little dog they were able to see her and perform the duties to make sure she was taken care of. The staff is always so friendly, helpful and professional.

I brought in my pitty puppy, who doesn't get out much. So she was freaking out in the office. One of the vet techs offered to take her to the back while we waited to be seen. Which was great! Dr Muñoz was thorough and caring in his examination or our Corazon. They had the meds available on site. We are long time customers

I’ve been coming here for years for my foster dogs and my own dogs, and have been amazing BUT the last few times I contacted this place have been horrible.
1. I called on July 5 to asked for my foster dog medical record so I can provide to the new parents. I was promised it will be done by the end of the day, great. Call again July 8 and again July 9 to finally got it. I was ok with the forgetfulness, it’s happened. Until my call this morning to make appointments for my two new fosters.
2. Called university pet hospital at 11:40 on July 15 to make appointments for my two new fosters.
DESTINY tooks the call and got us appointments the next three days. She told me the appointments will be under ARNOLD and we can change the name when I get there, I was confused. I told her I have my pet names for the appointments.
She proceeded to tell me that she was too busy doing two things at the same time and she doesn’t have time to take down my pets name for the appointments.
If they think these pet are insignificant and can’t even take down the name. Do you think they truly care about your pet OR just your $$$
Think about it.
I’m still going there because the organization I belong to take a lot of our fosters there.
