New doctor refuses to refill medication to an uncurable disease unless I pay him, when I asked is there a new cure to my disease he said yes, medication. Old doctor Morales was a godsend, but they have went downhill since he left.

Went here once…long wait, weird and small waiting area. It’s right in between two other urgent care places which are far superior, which I don’t really understand. It seems like the place where you go if you can’t get into anything else around the area, but with their hours you can drive a half mile either way and be somewhere better. Just my two cents.

This is not dated review from five years ago. This facility has changed hands and ownership and is a complete crock when it comes to care. I just took my nine-year-old son in there who I know has influenza because i just got Over it, and we both got it from the same place. I was looking for some actual help in getting him some medicine that will help him get through it But they didn’t even wanna listen to the fact that I had it and just got over it and now he’s got it. They took his temperature twice and said he didn’t have a fever so all we can do is give him some cough syrup I bring them home and he’s got 101.7° temperature. I’m old-school I use the under the tongue the thermometer it doesn’t lie. These people now do not want any responsibility of diagnosing somebody with anything so they send you out of there with nothing. Absolutely horrific care do not go here ever.

#1 they always use excessive bleach to clean and dont have ANY ventilation. #2 My regular doctor informed me i had a bad sever UTI ..i went to this place a week earlier and they sent me home saying i was fine even tho i was in so much pain. #3 Another time my 3 year old had an ear infection and she was in a lot of pain. Her reg dr said it was a bad ear infection that this place said she DID NOT have. SMH. So I'm going to assume they just dont know what theyre doing. Someone told me there is only students here.

Terrible! This place should consider shutting down since they don’t have the capacity to stay open at the hours posted. Walked in there to be seen because I didn’t feel well. The woman at front desk said “oh the doctor said he is done for the day” I asked what time do you close? Mind you it was 3:40 ish and she said “ it depends on when ever the doctor says he’s done.” I stated that the last person is seen at 4:30pm. She continue to say what the doctor said and how he was done. And she acted like she didn’t know what she was even talking about . I’ve come here before and the doctor does nothing for you he hears you. But he doesn’t listen to what you say and gives you meds and calls it a day I’m so over this place . And I pray people don’t leave here worst then what they came.

This place is a joke. I drove 40 minutes there just for them to refuse to see me. I was in an accident a few weeks prior and was experiencing some back pain. Even though they take my insurance and I am fully insured, they said I needed to sign a form promising to pay $75 out of pocket. According to the staff, the $75 is used to bill another person's insurance. If I request the bill myself, I'll be charged $6.50, but they wanted $75 to do it on their own. I spoke to the insurance while in the office, and the insurance spoke to the staff stating I didn't need to sign the paper. Once I hung up from the insurance company, the staff denied me service unless I signed the form. Avoid this place at all cost.
