This place is great!! Medical care for my dog has been great given she has kidney failure, & the prices are the most reasonable anywhere in the Palouse area that I know of. My daughter also brings her cat here and I will be bringing my cat too when needed. Knowledgeable veterinarians and technicians as well. Highly recommend them!!

I don't usually leave a review, but I thought it important as our fur babies are important to us all. I had my Mimi for just over 19 years. I was coming to terms that her time with me was coming to a close when her body decided for us. I am very new to the area and had not found a vet for our babies yet. PAWS was suggested to me by my husband's colleagues at the college. My husband, of course how fate would have it, was out of town on a trip and I didn't feel that Mimi should wait to have her pain eased. I contacted PAWS and arranged a home visit. Dr. Katherine Miller and her assistant showed, were extremely gentle and compassionate and helped me pass on my Mimi over the rainbow bridge. It was incredibly sad and I am still completely devastated, but the amount of support I received, can't be matched. I am extremely grateful and would recommend to anyone.

Just switched vets recently for our oldest baby and I'm so glad I did. We had a great experience here and they were so great with my not so happy Sage Kitty. Christine up front is the best!

My wife and I have been PAWS customers since 2012. PAWS has cared for multiple of our cats from cradle to grave, and one dog as well.

I appreciate PAWS in many ways. They have fairly good availability, the staff will work hard to see you in an urgent scenario, they are very straightforward with their prices (giving estimates before work is done), and they are very caring.

Over the years, we've had to have multiple animals euthanized (for end-of-life scenarios) and they are always super supportive and strive hard to make a bad experience as good as it can be. Dr. Miller especially is very easy to talk to and has a down-to-earth approach to things. They provide a consistent and professional level of care whether you are doing an annual physical or have suffered an emergency.

Having PAWS in the Moscow/Pullman area makes the community a better place.

They helped me during a very hard time with kindness, calmness and understanding as they helped me with euthanizing one of my fur babies. They helped me by giving me as much time with him that I needed in the room afterwards. They also had a paw print picture frame that we did, so I have something to memorialize him since I couldn't afford to get his ashes back. They changed me $1 for the kit. I don't know if that's normal or if they helped me because I had severe money limits.

Definitely helped me.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but felt compelled to do so today. We went in because my almost two year old golden retriever Ollie decided to eat some of a blanket while we were at the grocery store and we just wanted to check up if he was okay with an X-ray and bloodwork. And when we got there we were met by the amazing staff! Everyone there is seriously so sweet and professional. They were very thorough explaining everything and double checking all information. Ollie is scared of vets and they were so sweet and gentle with him let him take his time to warm up to them. And when the vet came in to check him out, she was so kind and personable! And since we were there awhile, one of the staff got us fruit snacks and water for the wait. Overall, I would highly recommend this vet and I had a very pleasant overall experience here!

I called PAWS to have my poor fur baby looked at. Even though they were busy and short staffed, they let us come in. Dr. Miller and her staff were kind and courteous and helped make my baby comfortable again. It is hard to see pets being in pain or uncomfortable and by letting us come in, she is now feeling much better.

I came here because the vet that I usually go to is closing down. I was nervous about going to a new vet since I’ve had several bad experiences, however, the vet tech and vet were very friendly and knowledgeable. The vet explained and went in depth to dumb down my pet’s charts so I could easily understand it. I’m very pleased with the plan and treatment that they gave my dog. They even decided to call and check on the my dogs conditions a day after. I plan to use this vet for my future visits.
