The staff is so accommodating …. After not being able to get my big boy in the crate on 2 occasions;,I was finally able to get him there for a complete “lion shave”. Indie is a a bit skittish with me putting home in the crate. They said he was such a good boy for them. I was upset that he had gotten so matted and concerned he wouldn’t behave well with the whole process. The entire staff was so empathetic with me and reassured me he would be fine?. He survived like a trooper and now he’s “naked” and comfortable and happy. The staff even made sure me and my big boy got home safely. I am forever in their debt. They went above and beyond the call with all their compassion. I’ll be forever faithful with who grooms my big boy. Love you all. Indie’s mom, Tina

Love this Animal Clinic!! Love the staff!!! We have brought our dogs to them for their care for about 15 years and no matter what the issue, they have supported us consistently with concern and compassion. A shout out to Jessica and Dr. Knowles, who have made themselves available to me for questions about my newly diagnosed diabetic Dog !! The process would have been so stressful had it not been for their instructions & support!!

Thanks to the wonderful care team at Parkway Animal Center, and Dr. Knowles. We are so grateful for all the love and support they've provided to our 3 big rescue dogs. Awesome experiences from the moment we walk-in to the wonderful tech, Jamie, who helped us load up in the car on our way out.

We had to put our 14 year old dog to sleep last friday. Very kind and careful staff. Heads up we wherent told 10 year and younger kids cant be in the room for euthanasia. It was hard for the kids to understand why since I told them they could come in. (We asked if our whole family could be there, they said yes just didnt mention 10 and under wherent allowed. So I had to go out with my 3 littles and therefore I couldnt be with my dog either. If this is important to you, take notice. I didnt had that choice anymore.)

Their place is clean and their rooms are big and comfy for the dogs. My dog was provided a bed and a blanket. She was comfy. My husband and older daughters where with her until the end.

Excellent medical care for your pets! Parent friendly staff and environment. Taking care to follow your lead or lead when required. My Sasha is a cancer survivor because of Parkway!
I recommend this place for day-care, boarding and medical care and grooming

I have to put my family pet down, and since the first contact to the end they were very professional and caring, giving time to process and take as much time as needed with our pet.
