I can not express how amazing this place is. My cat was hit by a car. Her leg was shattered and her lungs collapsed. Without these vets, she would have not made it through the night. She had to stay on oxygen for 24 hours and stay in the ICU for 48 hours. I was able to take her home because they knew what to do and had all the equipment to save her! I was able to visit as much as I needed and they called me multiple times a day so I was not left in the dark. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you to these doctors! If you have an emergency, go to Partners.

When I arrived here my dog had been passed away about 6 minutes. First thing they said is "do you want us to try to resuscitate "and I said yes of course. I said yes that was my baby. They had her in the back about 5 to 10 minutes. No one said anything to me.I had to ask how things were because no one told me and the girl just calmly said "yeah we couldn't save her." I was made to wait an hour and a half for the Vet to put in her charges so I could leave. I had lost my pet and was a mess but had to sit in there. I was then forced to file for a Care Credit Card as I did not have all the money they wanted. $580 for 5 minutes of resuscitation which I don't believe was even done because a actual veterinarian would know that the dog had passed the revival time frame. I researched later. $400 was for CPR $180 was for consultation and there was no consultation. Only people I ever saw were the receptionist asking questions like name address Etc. Never even met the vet. She never even came out and introduced yourself or talk to me. I was told they were too busy she had to wait to put my charges in and I would just have to wait. The office manager called me and told me I had to put money down and the rest would be taken out of my bank account within 2 weeks that it had to be paid in full. They demanded my bank card number. When I they brought my girl out she was in a cardboard coffin which I did not open until I got home and was ready to bury her. She was laying on a piss pad in the cardboard box. I had told them to put her special blanket back in there with her and they did not. Picture that now my Chihuahua laying in the cardboard coffin just on a piss pad no blanket no nothing just a piss pad. That blanket was sentimental and worth a lot of money but the sentimental value of it was way higher. They kept it so I had to bury her with different blanket . The office manager also told me they were a new facility they didn't offer payment plans as they needed their money. That was only one girl in the whole building that had any kind of heart and she hugged me and apologized. She was beside herself. I don't think she likes where she works. I read online that a guy came in there and could not pay his bill and they didn't want to give him his dog's ashes so I guess my girl would have been collateral. I have never seen such a distant non-caring situation before in a veterinary office. I'm crying hysterically ,my dog has died ,and you start telling me not asking me that I am going to file for this card. And if I don't get it then I'm going to give you money that I'm going to give you my card number. I was so emotionally distraught I just went with the flow where as I normally would not have. After reading of the reviews I'm not the only one that this been done to. If you do not have money they have no use for you. The manner in which my situation was handled it's very sad. A reputable veterinarian would have known my girl was too far gone to be saved but I think they offered it to make the money. I don't think it was even done because there wasn't enough time between when I handed her over to them and I asked about her. If you love your pets you better ignore what you read on here about all these good things about this place. If you don't have money you're nothing to them and you remember that! Partner Veterinary please do not say anything back to me. There is nothing you can say that's going to make anything any different. You treated us awful! I will never forgive you for your heartlessness to me and my girl!

The Doctors, techs, and staff at Partner Veterinary ER are some of the kindest humans on the planet! My dog had trouble breathing Sunday at 6pm. I contacted over a dozen ER vets and all were at capacity and not accepting anyone. I called Partner’s later that evening at 11:30 when his breathing became worse. They were so kind and accepted his case. The doctor and tech, along with the staff were so friendly and truly cared about him. The cherry on top, was they took time to call me twice checking on my pup. I will highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you for all you do for our furbabies ?

While traveling out of state my cat had an emergency. We found Partner Veterinary Hospital and they were amazing. So kind and compassionate and treated my little guy so well. When it turned out to be an issue that could either be monitored at home or have more tests, they were up front about my options and didn’t try to scare or sell me on spending money unnecessarily. So lucky to have found them and can’t recommend highly enough!

I wish I had read more of the reviews about poor communication before deciding to bring my 15 year old dachshund here. Upon arrival I informed them that my dog had been vomiting for 24 hours, with tremors, couldn't walk, and could not hold water down. They asked to see his face and said he was a triage three, which would be urgent. I was told I could wait in the lobby while they took his vitals or in a room, but that the chairs were uncomfortable in the rooms. I opted for the lobby. After waiting two and half hours, noticing everyone else was being checked on, including those who came in after us, we decided to ask for an update, since we were clearly forgotten. One receptionist responded with an oh yeah, clearly had forgotten, and the another explaining our dog was a triage four and wouldn't be seen for awhile. I was very irritated that no one had communicated to me that my dog had moved to triage four. We decided to leave to get something to eat. We came back an hour later and was greeted with asking us to leave the lobby and sit in a room so the floor could be mopped. We were told we could leave the room once the floor was dry. We asked for another update, as we were growing worried about our dog, considering we didn't know if he was still vomiting, shaking, where he was, or what was going on cause the only thing managed to be said to us was about asking us to wait elsewhere so they could mop! Once again, the receptionist told us he was triage 4 and wouldn't be seen for awhile, but this time she had an attitude and I was done. I had waited four hours for them to keep my sick, senior, dog away from me just for him not to be seen and to catch an attitude from a receptionist cause I am requesting her to do her job, which is to update me or at least find out why my dog was triage three but now a four, but yet didn't know if vitals had been taken or not. I ended up leaving with my dog and he will be seen somewhere where they actually care. I understand the importance of the seeing emergency situations over urgent, but what I fail to understand is the attitude, ignorance, and lack of communication, especially when treating someone's beloved pet. Never again will I step foot in this center, nor will I recommend to my customers, family, and friends. I would never treat my customers the way we were treated. You treated my dog and me as an annoyance and just another invoice to keep your poorly ran vetinary center open.

I wish I could give Partner Veterinary a zero-star rating because my experience was so appalling. I took my Doberman puppy there due to a concerning lump on her right leg, and the entire experience felt like a complete neglect of her treatment. After over three hours of waiting, the veterinarian finally came in, only to dismiss my concerns with a lackluster response. She claimed the lump was “not uncommon” and attributed it to my puppy lying on too many hard surfaces.

When I requested that she drain the lump, the vet outright refused. This left my poor dog walking around with a huge, untreated lump on her leg, which is not only distressing but completely unacceptable. I paid $165 for what turned out to be nothing more than a consultation that failed to meet any of my expectations or provide any care for my dog’s condition.

It’s evident that Partner Veterinary is more focused on making money than providing genuine care for pets. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated, and I am seeking a refund for the service that was promised but not delivered. If you value your pet’s health, I strongly advise you to think twice before bringing them to this clinic. It’s a shame that they are more concerned about profit than effective treatment for animals.

I recommend coming here if you’re looking for high quality work instead of cheap prices. gave our dog a leg wrap that stayed on perfectly! went above and beyond to use quality material and wrap it with expertise and they gave us a better cone than the primary vet. it seemed they knew what they were doing and didn’t cut corners.
