I haven't had an experience with a doctor's office like this ever before. Patient First was amazing from start to finish, everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful. The blood work lab technician was so wonderful and made my first time getting blood drawn a breeze. Dr. Davenport was amazing, I have never felt so heard and like my doctor actually cares about me and my health before. I can't leave enough of a glowing review for Patient First, and any time I spent waiting was well worth it for the quality of care I received. Thank you Patient First Aberdeen!!!

We are new to the area and I was having an issue with my ear and my doctor couldn’t get me in so I googled Urgent cares in my area and found this one. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. First, it is SO nice inside. From the waiting room, to the private rooms you register in, and then the rooms you seen in. Everything was SO CLEAN! The staff were all so nice and patient. The entire experience was amazing! I get extremely nervous going into doctors offices so I appreciate how nice and caring everyone was. Thank you for an amazing experience. I will definitely go back in the future but hopefully not too soon ?

The support staff was amazing and the doctor who saw me listened to my concerns and checked out what I’d mentioned. She was very helpful and explained everything in great detail as to what she thought could be going on and how to exactly take the medicine prescribed due to an existing condition that I have and how it could affect the medication being prescribed.

It is hard to believe how efficient this place is! I guess I'm used to waiting around for hours along with dozens of others. Not here! This place is worlds apart from that. I went in for strep throat and from the time I walked in and signed in I was taken back in less than 5 minutes. I waited another 15 mins and saw a nurse who took vitals. 15 minutes later the doctor came in. I was amazed how quickly this place gets to it's patients. All staff is polite, professional, and knowledgeable. What a breath of fresh air. I was in and out under one hour.

They are very long winded here. I have sat for three hours my last visit now so far a hour this visit only vitals no labs done or anything. I watched two patients go before me that came in AFTER me and the nurse reasoning was because she had a harder patient. Absolutely ridiculous. I just wanted some relief but for all this waiting I’m going through I rather suffer and go to my primary care physician.

The only token intake assistant was very rude and barely offered any information on what insurance was adequate for the visit! This place is very money hungry and requires that a payment of 120.00 up front if you can’t s, then you have to place your credit card up for collateral! I was forced to swipe my card or I would not be seen! I pay 100.00 for every emergency visit to the hospital why would I pay an additional $20 for this place!!! There are better places to go with welcoming front staff members! First impressions matter!!!!

Mrs Carroll and Mrs Stephanie made my visit so much better. Mrs Carroll is an angel, I’d never run out of good things to say about her. She was so sweet and caring. I had to get stitches, Mrs. Carroll made me feel safe and made sure I didn’t feel like a burden, she came back in to check on me while i waited for the doctor. The world would be a better place if we could have more of her around! Mrs. (Dr) Stephanie was very patient and kind. She walked me through the entire process of what she was doing and made me feel comfortable. no discomfort when she was doing the stitches. Only thing that hurt was the numbing but it went away because everything started to numb. Getting a needle stuck in you will always be uncomfortable, but she sounded sincere when apologizing for the discomfort even though it wasn’t her fault. Thank you both for everything!

I try to only see Dr. Davenport. I’ve had three other doctors/pa’s a few times (two male and female) and each time they don’t diagnose me correctly or send me on my way and I have to come back with the same issue. I’ve given up and if Dr. Davenport isn’t available I go and tell my friends to go to Medstar Urgent Care. They are more efficient, good communication, really take time to diagnose and provide you with referrals just in case. For instance - I hurt my fingers in a fall and Patient First sent me home with TAPE; did a follow up with Medstar because after two weeks I was still in pain and swollen. They gave me a splint and a referral.
