It was very clean in the facility and smelled cleanedas well. The wait time was extremely short considering the amount of people who were there and still coming in after myself. The Nurses were very sweet and the Doctor was just as nice! Love the actual set up of the clinic itself, very well laid out. Not to mention right around the corner from my job so it makes it extremely convenient, even evening hours for recheck if needed. So happy I finally went here instead of hospital ? ?

Absolute horrific experience with Dr. James Lacey. Went for a physical for a DOT renewal and passed everything but would not issue cert because didn’t have a note from doctor clearing me to return to work from sx 7 months prior. I’ve been back to work and cleared for MONTHS. Card expires In two days and this doctor isn’t even back in the office to receive the paperwork in time for me to submit without losing my license. wouldn’t accept multiple types of documentation provided. This is my second surgery over a course of 10 years and have never had to go through this. Spent 4 hours in this place they Took my money and now I will have to pay again to see someone else due to the incompetence of this doctor.

I rarely require Patient First services, but thank goodness Patient First is available in my area! The medical and non-medical staff was kind, patient, and professional during one of my most vulnerable moments. I didn’t feel good at ALL! I appreciated the option to wait in my car until it was time to complete patient registration and to see the doctor. My entire visit lasted a little more than an hour, and there were other patients ahead of me. So the rate of receiving care was relatively quick. I would definitely recommend Patient First to friends and family for medical care.

Patient First in Bel Air, First time visiting I felt the staff was very proactive in treating me in a timely manner and listened to my concerns. Thankful for the front desk, to the clinical nurse, X-ray technician, the nurse that provided me with a warm blanket and physicians that took care of me.

I was pretty sick when I arrived. Everyone was attentive to my needs, especially all supportive staff and the nurses.
The doctor felt like the xray could be showing pneumonia but wouldn't know 100% until radiologist reviews xray. I hope i receive a diagnosis confirnation. The antibiotics and the steroids started helping me right away. My own doctors office was of no help. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience at Patient First and believe I wouldn't have received the help I needed without them!
