I had the worst experience at this location on 01/02/25. REVOKE THIS HORRIBLE DOCTOR LICENSE. I was extremely sick and coughing really bad because of the virus that was going on. I visited this facility seeking medical help. The doctor ( Salehi Mina) on duty diagnosed me with COVID-19, which was already an overwhelming and frightening situation. She was asking me if she should give me antibiotics or not, which I felt quite unusual behavior from a doctor. She should be suggesting me what’s best for me instead me advising her on medication.
As soon as results came out that I’m Covid positive she started acting like as if I’m some kind of “worthless person “ or a threat to avoid. She made me feel like as I’m gonna die next day. Which was very horrible. Zero empathy this doctor has unfortunately.

Instead of showing compassion or professionalism, the doctor behaved in a manner that was completely disrespectful and dismissive. After delivering the diagnosis, the doctor threw her discharge papers and medication on the examination table, refused to answer any questions, and abruptly ran out of the room. This left me feeling humiliated, abandoned, and even more distressed during an already difficult time.

Thankfully, a kind nurse passing by noticed how upset and in state of confusion I was and stepped in to help. The nurse took the time to explain me that I have being discharged, explained me about medications, precautions, and provided the care and reassurance that the doctor failed to offer. While I am grateful for the nurse’s kindness, it is heartbreaking that my I had to rely on a passing stranger for basic human decency when the doctor should have been the one to provide it.

This doctor has no place working in a healthcare facility if she cannot treat patients with empathy and respect. Sick patients are the very reason Patient First exists, and if this doctor is so afraid of “germs,” perhaps she should reconsider their career choice. Healthcare workers are expected to care for people in their most vulnerable moments, and this doctor failed miserably in that duty.

Patient First needs to address this issue immediately. No patient should ever be treated with such disregard, especially when they are already suffering. I urge this facility to reevaluate the behavior of this doctor and ensure that all staff are trained to treat patients with the compassion and professionalism they deserve.

It took me longer to recover since I went through this trauma along with fighting with my sickness.See the photo how she handed me discharge paperwork. She simply threw it on the examination bed. It took me longer to recover because I was so much traumatized by this experience.

Does she expect healthy people paying her a visit?
If she is so scared of getting Covid why was she on duty at first place?

Went in for an ankle injury and was told that my x-ray showed no fractures but was referred to an Orthopedic office since the area was so swollen. Turns out I had a significant fracture of the talus and required surgery days later. These doctors/nurses are friendly and want to help but it is important to remember that they are not specialists! Recommend following through with their referrals to get the needed care for injuries!

My doctor was great. I could tell the staff were really busy this time- most times I’ve been here the wait has been 20-30 minutes…. This time it was an hour. But I’m grateful I was given a room to wait in- I was pretty comfortable, and everybody was really kind and professional. They diagnosed me and got me medicine- it’s the next day and I already feel way better.

Next time I will find a different urgent care. Wait time of over 2 hours just to spend about 1 minute with physician. Front desk staff and nurse were very nice and efficient. However, I will not be going back. For a 2 hour wait I can just go to a PCP.

My daughter went in for a fever. The lobby was completely empty when we went in. We checked in right away and the nurses were very politely. We were then asked to wait for the doctor, which took more than one hour. My daughter fell a sleep twice but finally started crying because she was so tired. I felt like everyone who came after us was treated and left. I finally asked the nurses how much longer and told them I was the first one to come in and had been waiting for more than 1 hour. The lady in blue scrubs decided to argue with me and tell me I wasn’t the first and I had not been waiting for more than one hour. Instead of being polite and apologizing for the long wait, she decided to argue with me. Who gave her this job? Clearly she is incompetent for the role and needs more customer service training.
The young doctor came in quickly after my arguing but why did it have to get to that point? Disappointing

I had a very disappointing experience at Patient First yesterday. I visited Falls Church due to a TB skin test result. Unfortunately, the service I received was far below what I expected.

First, the wait time was incredibly long—over an hour—even though the clinic didn't appear to be very busy. I understand that urgent care can get busy, but this was excessive for something that should have been handled in 2 minutes.

Once I was checked in and placed in the waiting area, I patiently waited for more than 30 minutes; I went to ask how long it was going to take, but the lady named DINA said that she was going to ask a doctor and get back to me that how many people are waiting BUT she never returned !!! After a while, I again asked the lady RUTH how long it would take and also mentioned my urgency, but she did not care !! She told me that if you left, you MUST come back again !!! Then another lady overheard our conversation and offered me help, and I was out in literally two minutes. This lack of attention to my needs was highly frustrating.

Additionally, I've visited Patient First and had positive experiences, so I was disappointed by yesterday's poor service. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their processes and customer service.

I will be reconsidering whether to return to Patient First in the future!

I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care! I had a fantastic experience here. I woke up one morning with severe inflammation and pain in my tonsils and couldn’t get an appointment with my NP, so I decided to visit this location. The sign-in process was quick, and I only waited about 10 minutes before being called back.

The staff was friendly, and I had a strep test done right away, which came back positive. The doctor was very thorough, prescribed antibiotics, and I was on my way in under 45 minutes. Overall, a fast, efficient, and pleasant experience.
