Lamentable el servicio del Dr Monsurul Khan, M.D. un poco de falta de su profesión como dr d una clínica privada según.
La señorita que tome mi examen de sangre ? solo llegó con su laboratorio ? test
No me saludo solo me dijo acuestate y tu fecha d nacimiento saco muy grocera la sangre luego salió dejando sangrando mi parte de brazo sin poner una band aid ? si uno tiene seguro médico y va es para que lo atiendan bien a uno ?

Estoy desde las 11 am , mientras me registraron dieron las 11.40 , me llamaron a pasar a consultorio a las 11:51 y son las 2 pm y aun ningún médico ha venido . Es solo una prueba de tuberculosis para mi hijo. Son demasiado tardados , nisiquieran dan razon del porque la demora. Es mi primera y ultima vez aqui

No vengan a este lugar!!!!!
Traje a mi hijo de 3 años con una temperatura de 100 y nos pusieron en una sala de espera por más de 55 minutos.
Les pedí que por favor nos atendieran y nos dijeron que teníamos que esperar aún más.
Y las enfermeras sentadas haciendo nada.

Aquí ni lo recomiendo este lugar para empezar tienes que esperar por lo menos de 2:30 a 3 horas mínimo para que te atiendan , primero te anotas y como a los 30 minutos te llaman solo para preguntar tu información y dé ahí te mandan a esperar como 1 hora para tomarte la temperatura y de ahí te pasan al cuarto y para que te vea el doctor mínimo otra hora más y si bien te va y si no puede ser hasta más tiempo ,si por lo menos té hicieran saber que se van a tardar todo esté tiempo pues ya tu decides si te esperas o buscas otra clínica pero dé verdad se se pasan

This place said I have COVID. At home tests say I don't have COVID.

The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of one is because of one person: Daveon.

Total sweetheart and what the medical industry needs more of, kind, empathetic souls.

I was checked in within 30 minutes but sat so long in the doctor's room that the light turned off on me.

An hour later, Dr. Andrew Pfaff walks in. He was my issued doctor.

His body told me I had COVID before his words did. He treated me like I was a walking disease the moment he walked in.

He was not nice. Rude. I don't know if I said something that rubbed him the wrong way or if he was just tired. It was the end of the day. But his bedside manner was so deplorable and he was so nasty, while this is my second time coming, I won't be back just because of Dr. Pfaff. Too many urgent care options to deal with that again.

To add insult to injury, I don't trust their COVID test. I took a COVID test days before. Negative. I took TWO Binax Now tests the next day, not even 24 hours later. Both negative. See pictures. The problem? They now have COVID in my medical file when it's a good chance it's a misdiagnosis.

It is worth noting that while Dr. Pfaff said I was positive for COVID, the fine print for their test states that the test tests for a few strands of Influenza (not COVID) and other stuff, so it is possible that I was positive for the flu and not COVID. Dr. Pfaff did not bother explaining that. I had to read the fine print and draw that conclusion on my own.

Between the horrible bedside manner and unreliable testing, I cannot recommend this place to ANYONE in good conscience.

Came into this patient 50 minutes before they closed after my shift. Everyone that greeted me, cared for me, were genuinely kind, caring and concerned. Even the staff staying after hours to treat me were still attentive and wanting to help uncover what was going on. I’m in healthcare myself, so to me, finding a good establishment that has compassion for their patients is a true gem. So grateful for my care here.
