Truly the best decision made when we changed our Vet to Paws of Hope. They really care about our pets. Heather followed up and even reached out to me on a weekend with updates for our new pup, Max. The doctor brought me back to watch a CT scan of Max' abdomen and really went into detail foe me. The transparency was a welcome change! I absolutely feel like the people at Paws of Hope think of our family as their family. I'm so thankful I found them.

I received top tier care for my pet at Paws of Hope. My Cat, Billy Butcher, received a much more serious diagnosis than I was expecting or frankly ready for, and my family had just come off the trauma of losing our cat of over a decade, and I was so pessimistic and defeated, and dreading the process of having a deteriorating pet around my young child, but instead of getting the typical “No choice is a bad choice” talk, I had a veterinarian who strongly encouraged me to pursue treatment, was willing to discuss the treatment via phone and encourage my husband, and who got us to the treatment course Butcher needed within 36 hours. I’m so thankful I listened; I’m cautiously optimistic but within a couple of days my cat has gone from acting like he was on Death’s door to being up and a silly, treat grabbing kitty. Plus, I’ve had great follow up care and regular check-ins just to see how kitty is. All around wonderful care, beautiful, comfortable office, and staff who clearly care and put in the work to help their animal patients and their human companions.

12/27/24, my chin started acting strange, I called Paws an hour before closing, we rushed over, by the time we left, she was FINE! Absolutely nothing wrong with her!
Lol. Thank you to everyone at the clinic, we appreciate you! I cannot sing enough praises for this vet clinic! They love our babies as their own! Even my rottweiler who has stranger aggression. They are by far, the best place to take our critters!

I was extremely happy with our visit. It was my first time here since we moved to the area and they were able to work us in after someone canceled. One of my dogs is nervous around people and not big on men but he took right to the veterinarian like he had known him for years. The tech was amazing as well as front employees. They went out of there way to make us feel comfortable. Highly recommend. They will definitely be my clinic from this point on.

I highly recommend Dr. Padgett. My dog had a tumor on his belly that was surgically removed. Paws of Hope and Dr. Padgett have been very helpful post-op. They have been in touch several times for follow up and even askeo me to send them photos of the stitches to make sure they are healing correctly. They also allowed me to come in on short notice for a check up. The entire staff has been extremely kind and helpful. I will 100% be taking all of my pets here from now on.

They got us in for a quick appointment for our dog. Hooked us up with everything we needed to keep him going strong and healthy. Very friendly.
