I adopted Lainey. She had been there for almost two years. So far so good. When I picked her up, she was clean, claws were trimmed, and her paperwork was ready. I encourage everyone to check your local shelters.

Got my Shepherd mix Joey from the ladies here at Paws'n'Claws. Completely a class act. He was very timid and the young ladies stayed after hours as we coaxed him to us and our dog from his cage. I have had him now for going on 4 years. He adopted my soul with his arrival. He rescued me! Thank you for all you do at this wonderful establishment!

We adopted a cat from here. The lady responsible for cat adoption’s wasn’t there any of the times they told us to come get her, so we had to move the adoption back. When she was finally there for us to come get her, they had already adopted her out to someone else, even after we had already sponsored 2 of their disabled cats to help them get adopted. When they saw my girlfriend visibly upset by this news they informed her she could just get one of the other cats instead. This was an incredibly insensitive thing to hear after learning they adopted out the cat we already had adopted and bonded with.

Great caring and friendly staff and very neat and clean and well organized. A no kill animal rescue and shelter. Great adoption services. This shelter also does take surrender animals. All animals deserve the best care and treatment and love and you will find all of that and more at this wonderful animal sanctuary. Looks newly built and very nice and neat and clean. The female family that owns and operates this facility are wonderful. They always appreciate any donations that you can provide to help care for all of the personal, health and lifestyle needs that all of the animals deserve. They have so many cute and adorable loving animals I'm sure you'll find your next family member or member's here because I love my rescue babies like my own children. Check them out but I would advise calling them first for availability times. In the Covid-19 Era we're living in everything changes just about every day.

I contacted the shelter after my dog went missing. Yes, I am in Warren Cty, not Fountain, but the dog went missing less than 5 miles from the county line. They only said they work with Fountain Cty only and told me to contact someone in Warren Cty without any contact or other information. I am new to the area. All 5 of my animals are rescues. Simply heartbroken that this was their response to an animal in their area n distress.

Found my new best friend "Butters". Amazing facility, so clean, staff very sweet and caring...all animals come neutered, microchipped, and have had initial shots. Highly recommend this shelter!
