First off whoever i spoke to today was very rude, maybe newer employee? They have always been nice. Second evidently If you haven't brought in pet for last few years they will no longer accept them.. this must be new rules for 2025.. seeing as I was just there last week with my other pet and no problem getting that appointment even though they hadn't been there for a few years. but denied me for pet i tried to make appointment for today. So guess I need to Find a new vet clinic.. this one don't like to make money.

They are the best, and very affordable for everyone! I would’ve given a 5 star review however it was extremely warm, smelly and no air moving in there. They really should open the windows and get some fresh air in that place and if they don’t or can’t open windows then turn the AC on.

Very rude on the phone. And my cat is in there for neurological damage and trauma to the jaw like this isn't a serious situation and they can't have a slight bit of sympathy is crazy considering your job and profession. So will update review when she's home.

Shes home and doing amazing the doctor did an amazing job with her and she has healed amazingly. So the doctors are great, their phone customer service was not.

Everyone at both locations have always been professional and kind. I'm amazed at how affordable the prices are, especially given how good the staff and facility are. My 14 yr old Boston was having a hard time breathing and they worked us in at the Paxton location. The gals at the desk, the assistant, and the vet were awesome. So kind to me and my doggo. Unfortunately my Jazzy doesn't have much time left due to her condition but they let me know they have my back and will be available for when the time comes to do the kind thing and put my girl to rest. I'm hoping her meds make her better but if not, I at least have a plan with folks I can count on! ♡♡♡
