The results of my PT here are amazing, and everyone there is so kind and friendly. PT's other than your own say hi to you, clients talk with each other, and it's a very warm and inviting space. PT's are patient as you learn the exercises and help you on your healing journey. It was something I looked forward to every session

Best P.T. I've been to in the 20+ years since my injuries, I honestly didn't think progress could be made so quickly....even small gains feel like huge leaps when you've been in constant, severe pain for as long as I have.

The staff is very friendly, listens to your concerns, offers encouragement & thankfully is open late in the afternoon.

Even the minutiae of your injury/pain is explained in much greater detail than at your referring office.
I've been to dozens & this was the first office to answer a question about an old injury which has been bothering me for decades, prior to Peak, the answer was never given/the question avoided.

They make sure that you're doing the exercises correctly (other places usually don't which can make things worse in a hurry) with a watchful eye.

You might think that your therapist is busy with another task, however from across the gym even small inconsistencies in your reps are quickly noticed & you will be promptly assisted with corrections.
It may sound trivial but this makes a world of difference in your road to increasing mobility.

The overall cleanliness is very impressive as well. Unlike many other places, you won't be working on dirty equipment or see grungy towels.

Finally, after all these years I see a future that doesn't involve me being mostly immobile & just suffering. Hopefully a return to (light) hiking by next summer. In the short time I've been a patient, this has been the most I have been able to get outdoors in more years than I'd like to admit. Even if it's a stroll in the park, I'm happy.
My breathing has gotten better with the routine, noticeably deeper respiration rather than the usual shallow breathes.

I'm very pleased with making the choice to go with Peak, definite 10/10. I'd be going for daily sessions if I could.

I ended up at Peak as an accident of geographic convenience. But I'll go here again if I need physical therapy. Keith and the entire team took me through six months of shoulder surgery recovery and I'm feeling amazing. All the people that work here are either happy to be talking to you or concerned about what you're saying or feeling. Can't say a bad thing about my time here.

I have been to Peak for the past year after it being highly recommended by a friend. I grateful to have had Keith, Morgan and Jim's wealth of knowledge, high quality of skills and personable demeanor contribute to my healing and strengthening process. Keith, Morgan and Jim's positive attitudes really helped me work harder each day. Their team work and enjoyment as physical therapists translates into an enjoyable environment for myself and all clients. I highly recommend working with any of the physical therapists at this facility. Thanks Jim, Keith and Morgan you are all fantastic!

My doctor ruled out knee surgery for a torn meniscus for now and sent me to Peak for physical therapy. I reluctantly started not expecting a lot. I worked mainly with Keith and Amanda. Eventually I found myself looking forward to going and was able to be more self-sufficient. They even helped my mental state at that time. I highly recommend them.

A friend recommended Keith at Peak physical therapy to me. I have been in physical therapy before for other reasons and this place is by far, hands down the best physical therapy establishment I have been to. Keith is amazing at explaining in detail what the issue is, how to handle and live with the issue. Morgan and Jeremy are also great to work with as well. I have never been to a physical therapy place that really listens to you and works with your type of issue and fits your life style/personality in with the treatment to make it work for you. I highly recommend peak physical therapy!

I’ve been coming to Peak for about a month now. When I was looking for a new physical therapist to rehab from a spinal fusion surgery the first five people I spoke to all adamantly recommended Peak, so when the time came I decided to give them a shot even though they were a little farther from my house than I’m used to. They have been incredible. The facility is a good size and filled with all of the right equipment, and there’s plenty of room so that people aren’t on top of each other. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. When I’m calling in or at the front desk Nancy is always courteous, efficient, and on top of things. The owner, Keith, is always checking in and is up for good conversation about travel or outdoor activities. And the best part has been my physical therapist, Morgan, who has been amazing. She asks the right questions, listens, does everything she can to get me in the right treatment or exercises, and makes sure I understand what we’re doing and why. I never get one of those short visits that happen at some other places where I know I’m getting rushed through because they’re behind. Morgan always makes sure I’m getting a full workout, and I trust her to help me improve my health. These guys are a team, and they make you part of it when you come in. I highly recommend them.

Keith and the staff at Peak are the best! I injured my shoulder in August 2014 and tried to "ignore it and it'll go away" like I do with all of my fitness related injuries. It didn't go away, it got worse and finally 9 months later I went to a doctor who recommended physical therapy. I chose Peak because of a recommendation of a family member and it was the best decision I could've made. Keith is wonderful, knowledgeable, funny, and really takes the time to get to know his clients and explain to them how the body, muscles and bones work together and how he is going to help fix them. He figures his clients out, what makes them tick and wants to know why they're really there...whether it is just to be able to walk pain free or to be able to resume normal everyday activity, or, as in my case, to lift heavy things in the gym. I looked forward to going to my sessions, it was a fun experience, especially since I saw progress in my shoulder pain within just a couple of sessions. Although I didn't work directly with Jim or Morgan, they're extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Within just a couple of weeks of going there, I had already recommended Peak to a friend who had been told by doctors that her injury was a lost cause and needed surgery. Keith and the rest of Peak are setting out to prove them wrong and she has made huge strides in her recovery so far. My shoulder is a work in progress, primarily because I waited so long to seek help, but it is 1000 times better than it was when I first walked in and I am very happy with my care at Peak. Very highly recommended!
