Our sweet Ruby, who is a Siberian husky mix, had torn her ACL. Our regular vet is a much smaller operation and was unable to accommodate having a cast molded to make a custom fit brace so we could get her on the road to recovery. Pend Oreille Vet clinic was kind enough to work her into their busy schedule. We are incredibly grateful and thankful.

These guys are the tops!! In the last 2.5 years, they've taken great care of my 16 yr old dogs' knee surgery. It came out very well. Although she is very old and has arthritis in all her joints, she gets around great now; and their post and pre-surgery explainion
Was very informative, and they were & are very compassionate. Explaining what to expect and how to care for our oldest kid. They explained everything so we could easily understand. Now, our Chesapeake Bay retriever has a broken left front leg. Again, the doctors and tecks are doing a great job with Finns aftercare. It's been nearly 2 months since the injury, and Finn is doing great. I would highly recommend Ponderay Veterinary services. Going to anyone else would be an error!!

I have been bringing my animals for boarding for several years, and they take great care of them. The staff are all great to work with, and I am 100% confident that my dogs and my cat are well cared for. I also love that there is a vet clinic attached to handle anything that may come up. When I had an emergency and had to vacate my home, they went out of there way to get my animals examined and into boarding while I dealt with everything. They are a pretty amazing group of people!

I had to bring in my dog Loki (German shepherd) for emergency surgery due to him getting bloat. He made it out of surgery but unfortunately passed away that night/early morning. I am so greatful for Dr. Ponsness and the amazing team that helped him. Everyone was so kind and caring. I am forever grateful for all of the love and care this team provides. Thank you Dr. Ponsness and team again for all of the love and care you provided to not only Loki but all of the babies that come into see you.

If it wasn't weird and creepy I could've kissed the vets face. Haha. I have not ever in 20 years found a vet as caring,compassionate,thorough and amazing as Dr Vogel. He spent over 30 minutes talking to me about my pups condition,explaining every detail in depth but so I could understand it. He is an amazing vet.
His tech Kehlani(I hope that's right) was also amazing as can be. She spent a long time with me before Dr Vogel came in. Her care towards myself and pet was top notch. This is the second pet I've now brought in of mine and will continue to bring all pets to them. A hour drive each way is more than worth the care I receive. Thank you.
