We had to put our family dog down today; it was also our first time at this vet clinic as well which is stressful in itself. However, the whole clinic staff was so kind and respectful to us on such a hard day. The vet was amazing, he was so kind and professional. They let us stay with her as long as we needed, and we had complete faith that they would treat her well once we left her with them. To the staff, thank you; I could not be any more grateful for our experience today.

Okay let me start with. First of all they got me in quickly. My personal vet could not get me in quickly. When I walked in I was welcomed warmly the place was clean. It just had a happy vibe. You could tell the ladies in the front like their jobs. They loved being there and that's all I needed for me. They took care of my kitty cat. Made them all better. Thank you for that. I have two dogs I'll be taking there. I'm definitely switching bets very pleased with them.

Dr. Crabtree and the staff here are amazing. We have been coming here for about a year and a half, and recently had to have them put down our senior kitty. We could not have asked for a more supportive and compassionate team to help us through one of the hardest moments in our lives. We have 3 other cats that love being seen here! incredible place!

We travel for a living and we have two French Bulldogs so it’s sometimes hard to find a vet as we travel somewhere new every three months. My older female Stormie has to have apoquel for allergies, I called and got an appointment and got right in. Dr.Crabtree and staff are awesome! Got in and out and treated 1st class. Today I had to bring my other female Scarlett into see Dr.Crabtree for a possible neck injury, he and Ashley took great care of us and Scarlett and gave us a good diagnosis! Thank you so much for taking great care of our Dog family!

THANK YOU AGAIN!!!! Dr. Crabtree saved my baby's life! Such an amazing guy! Excellent surgeon! I can never thank you enough for what you have done for Destiny and the rest of the family! I hate to say it but i would've paid almost anything to save her life! He was very reasonable and such a streight foward guy. Hard to find these days!!!!!!!! So if you have an animal you are not sure that they are ok. PLEASE take them to Dr. Crabtree. If we wouldve waited any longer we could of lost our fur baby. Please dont wait on your dog to tell you. They probably already are! Obsessive whining and constant begging. They may not need a treat. They may need to go to the vet!

Fantastic! We got our first puppy in March and have been taking her here ever since. She loves going there and they treat her so great! The people are fantastic, and answer any questions you may have. They are quick to schedule appointments and overall just an amazing place to take your pets! Dr. Crabtree is phenomenal, so knowledgeable and friendly, I would highly recommend!

It was my first time taking my Kitten, Lumos to the Vet, and my first time going to one as well. I didn't really know what to expect or how things were done. I am rather pleased with how my kitten was treated and learned a few things myself. I will be sure to continue going here as I enjoyed the experience and expertise of the Veterinarian and the Tech.

Had an amazing experience and will definitely be bringing all of my animals here while we’re living in the area. The office was clean, the staff was conversational and welcoming, and the Vet who cared for my dog was willing to work through all possible scenarios for why my old pup wasn’t feeling well.

We have a 14 y/o large breed mix who has had arthritis for about 3 years. She’s never been immobile, but the move across the country did a job on her joint and bones. To top off a stressful move for her, our vet from AZ would not prescribe her pain medication without this year’s blood work being done, but we were in the middle of moving across the country and couldn’t get her in. So, our old girl had to go without until a vet in the area could get her in. So thankful PVC was the one we got into! The vets understood her ailments and helped her get back on track with an even better pain management regime that she was on before, and they called to check up on her after our appointment.

Overall, super happy and will definitely be going back!
