Every animal and every surgery is different, but Pet Allies really did an amazing job on our dog's neuter. He was back to himself in a day and now, three days later, his incision just looks like a tiny scratch that scabbed over. The staff were polite, friendly, and continuously reassured me they would love my dog the whole time he was there. The surgery finished sooner than expected and he was back home before lunch time! If you are looking for a place to spay/neuter your pet, I highly recommend their clinic. Thank you, Pet Allies!

I took my 2 girls to the shot clinic today. The staff was fabulous. One lady came to my car and helped me by taking one of my dogs into the clinic. There were 3 staff members helping with the process and they were all patient and kind. It was a wonderful experience for my nervous nellies.

Pet Allies is a much needed resource on the mountain. The spay and neuter clinic prices are extremely fair, and the staff are super courteous and kind. My dog is a nervous pee-er and he sprayed urine everywhere and they were so kind and understanding. He came through his procedure just fine, and it was obvious they care about my pet's comfort, as they looked at me like I was a terrible person when I declined pain meds for my dog (he needed to hurt a little so he would slow down and not pull his stitches - he's crazy). Overall I am extremely happy with Pet Allies.
The only two reasons I don't give 5 stars, is I feel the system isn't perfectly clear. They charged me, took the money from my account, I thought I had paid in full. Then my dog weighed more than I thought and they charged me another $100! I've worked in vet clinics, this is completely fair, but I feel like it needs to be mentioned when you drop your pet off. Luckily they worked with me, and I paid $50 the day I picked him up and $50 the next day when my paycheck cleared. It could have been a bad situation though. The second reason they don't get 5 stars is they charge to install a microchip and give you paperwork to register the number - but they don't warn that it's a $50 a year subscription fee. We live in an impoverished area - a lot of the people getting their dog microchipped can't activate it. So what's the point of paying to get it?

Pet Allies really care for the pets they take in. They make sure pets have medical care, loving environment no kill shelter. I adopted Russell from Pet Allies. Russell is the perfect dog for me. We were matched exactly right.

Worst clinic ever. The staff is super rude, they don't care about the animals at all, and there clinic is unprepared to deal with any animal. It's just a transaction to them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE IF YOUR LOVE YOUR BABIES

I am fostering newborn puppies that were found Saturday.
Today 6/22/20 i called & before i could finish, the lady i was taking to hung up.
No goodbye, no excuse, just rudely hung up.
Gee thanx...
None of my questions were answered & all calls thereafter were neglected.
Don't want to be helpful then just say that you don't care & that you're busy.
Don't just hang up & leave the person hanging...
Luckily there are more rescuers out there that do care.
Northern Arizona Animal Search & Rescue (NAASR) would be the organization to talk too....
At least they have the compassionate, caring staff that will answer any questions.

We absolutely love Pet Allies! They do so much for the community and get people involved. Did you know you can volunteer at the shelter and even foster animals? Last summer we got to foster 2 puppies and it was awesome! We've also used their spay clinic twice and it was very affordable and they took great care of our cats. They also provide shots at really good prices. We highly recommend you go here to volunteer, adopt a pet or use their clinic

Jen showed me the cat/kitten room. Very clean. No unpleasant smells. Also had bunnies and Ginny pigs. Always needing volunteers. I'm considering volunteering. I'm a cancer patient in remission. Retired.
