If you are a stranger to transporting a dog via the Airlines Paul is the man to help you.
He was knowledgeable and patient with the entire (and I mean entire) process!
I had a bulky large crate too big to send any other way but CARGO which is off from the Terminals. Was not informed about this until we were at Priority Parcel, informing me that the crate was too big. Which meant leaving there (in the terminal) To a few miles away!
Then processing my crate and dog in Cargo which entailed a completely different set of regulations.
Paul was familiar with the cargo process and stayed by my side, which alleviated my stress shipping my Dog and leaving her, at the cargo bay for loading on the plane.
Then running me back to the airport to catch the flight as well.
This process took most of the day, starting at 10 in Mid town to catch the 3.34 flight in afternoon.

I was stuck in Upstate NY with my dog during severe wind and ice storms, needing to get us both back to Phoenix AZ. I’d planned to fly to JFK and then on to Phoenix, but I had no idea how to transport my dog, and flight after flight out of Upstate was cancelled. I contacted several pet shippers who told me “not gonna happen, impossible.” I kept trying, and I got David at Pet Chauffeur, who promised he could get it done. He even offered to drive upstate, pick us up, and bring us to NYC if necessary.

Thankfully, the ride wasn’t necessary, and our tiny airline to JFK finally had a flight and let me bring my dog in the cabin. But the big airlines that went from JFK to Phoenix wouldn’t allow that, he’d have to fly cargo. David met me at JFK at exactly the right moment , picked up my dog, and took over from there. He and his crew handled everything for me, from veterinary visits for all the proper paperwork to getting a crate and even boarding my dog in their homes with close personal attention and care every day. They kept me updated daily with progress on the many hoops they had to jump through and photos of my dog on walks and taking comfortable naps in their homes.

If you ever need pet transportation of any kind, I’d recommend Pet Chauffeur with all my heart. They delivered when others said it was impossible, and did so with true care for my dog, all at a reasonable price. Thanks again guys!

Round of applause for this awesome group and company!!! The help and coordination to get my dad’s pup from Puerto Rico to New York was easy thanks to this team! Not only did they help book a flight but they guided me to prep for travel. Carla is known as a big breed dog. With all the airline restrictions etc, I know I had to get help with last minute changes. Most important safety was the priority. Sometimes things happen in life and our loved ones need us! So thankful this company exists and cares as much as we did. Thanks again to this awesome crew. I would definitely use these services again!

We lost our dog suddenly and needed to make arrangements to have him picked up the following morning at the emergency vet in the city and brought to the cemetery far out on Long Island where he was being buried. We were recommended Pet Chauffeur by the burial center, and were so happy we went with them. They made an extremely sensitive time for us super comfortable and we are incredibly grateful for that experience with them. We were contacted upon pick up from the emergency vet, and were called right away once our dog arrived at the cemetery. They were so kind and understanding and we can’t thank them enough for taking care of our boy on his final ride. We highly recommend them.
