Primero que nada , casi intoxican a mi Perro con una sobre dosis de insulina , estuve dándole 25 unidades de insulina cuando era 11 por el tamaño de mi perro , 4 años dándole 25 unidades de insulina a mi perro , lo estaba matando , cuando por su tamaño era 11 unidades !! Me cobraron demasiada plata y aún así trabajaron mal !!! 😡

They got my cat in the same day and were able to get him the surgery he needed! Such a blessing to our family! Everyone is SO KIND and they explain everything and make sure you know how much you’ll be paying and how to best care for your furbaby during recovery! Highly recommend! They even had a room specifically for cats with a cat tree and the calming cat plug in!

If any one is looking a new vet, I highly recommend pet clinic of Brownsburg! I've taken my animals there for years. They have always gone above and beyond to ensure my sweet girl is taken care of. She loves going there so much when we start going that way she starts her pitter-patter feet, crying, and shaking she is so excited. It just shows how much they love on her and care for her while she is there! I am so grateful for all of the extra time we have gotten with her thanks to Dr. Woodruff and his amazing team!

I will never come back. I have brought my boys here ever since they were kittens and they will never be returning. I walked in this morning for our appointment and was immediately questioned by the front desk staff with “why are you here?” I replied I had appointments for my cats, ignoring the initial rude statement because it’s early on a Saturday, it’s whatever. But then the lady with the pink bun started talking to me like I was the gum on the bottom of her shoe. That I didn’t have an appointment and “there’s not even a doctor here today” like this is information I should just know. I explained that I received the confirmation email for today and that this had been a twice rescheduled appointment by them. She was hostile and rude and when I expressed that I was confused she actually had to catch herself from laughing at me. I told her I didn’t understand her hostility and that empathy would go along way and her attitude got worse. It was a simple scheduling problem, honestly not a huge deal. Had there been any kind of understanding or kindness I would have gladly come back for another appointment. But there is no way any business that lets staff speak to customers that way will ever touch my pets. I was more than understanding when they needed to reschedule with me before, but when my loyalty as a customer is met with hatred for no reason, you lost my trust. Do not bring your pets here.

This place will kill your animal DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE.. on top of the other bad reviews, i was at work and my mother in law bring my cat here for fever and lethargy, they give my cat pain meds and ship my cat out with a 381 dollar charge, they gave us 3 days of pain meds and thats it, they told us to call them if she goes down again, she did. we called, it took the vet 3 days to prescribe 3 more days of pain meds that were not effective at all in treating her. The vet lied about a blood test they did, and i know they lied because my cat has an infection that is being taken care of by antibiotics. which this place said there was no infection just "fever of unknown origin" is what my invoice said, on top of everything we were forced to pay in cash, and while i was waiting for cash to come they tried to get me to pay what ever i had in my pocket.. Im not sure whats going on here, but this place needs to be shut down before more animals lose their lives because of the greedy negligence of this place

I am so grateful for Dr Woodruff and his staff, they have been so caring and considerate when dealing with two separate urgent situations—
One requiring correction of lack of treatment from an ER vets after a traumatic bite (Dr Woodruff and team fixed the shave, put in a drain and prescribed the right medication to keep my heeler from messing up a bite wound on the neck) and the second when obstruction surgery was needed after Finn ate the fabric outside part of a toy. Cost for this surgery came in $3500 LESS than the er vet quote.

They also squeezed us in for an urgent staples fix, and are always willing to talk everything through. I hope to only need regular vet care moving forward, but I know I can count on his team for whatever is needed!!!!
