Si hubiesen más estrellas se las daría. El equipo de trabajo es excelente. Se preocupan muchísimo por sus pacientes y nosotros los padres de los hijos caninos. Mi pastor alemán ha tenido mucho tiempo con problemas de piel severos y aquí lograron detectar con el problema y la cura. Ha mejorado en un 90% pq apenas estamos comenzando la inmunoterapia. Pero los que vieron a mis pastor como estaba y la ven ahora ven que el tratamiento que ustedes le mandaron fue lo mejor y lo correcto. Gracias de corazón

My dog started to have allergy symptoms when she turned six months. We went to regular Vet got shampoo and anti histamines. Her symptoms got worsened. She end up started to loosing her hair. Likely we found Dr. James who specializes allergy. We immediately started food elimination ( I would not lie. It was so hard to figure out what she is allergic to). But once we figured out what she can and cannot to eat. It was night and day. She started to get better each day. After her allergy has under control. I asked to do have her allergy test to get to know what she really allergic to. Then started immunotherapy. She is a normal dog now. I know what she can or can’t have. No more itching and scratching. Dr James even told me. We only needed to continue our immunotherapy one more dose. I am thankful to the Dr. and stuffs who took good care of us.
I highly recommended to take your fur babies if you want to save the, from the miserable allergies.

My Siberian Husky started off with a small rash on her legs in September. We took her to several vets who charged an arm and a leg and could not give us a definite answer to what she had. Unfortunately this rash became progressively worst affecting her chest and face. Her face turned merely raw in about 4 days and she developed uncontrollably itching. She was very uncomfortable and miserable. More visits to other vets and everyone said they couldn’t help her. We felt at a loss and desperate.
This office is very hard to get an appointment and I can see why. We were able to be squeezed in yesterday and we cannot be more appreciative of their help. First off the staff here is amazing. Megan the vet tech is very knowledgeable and comforting. We were not able to see Dr James but we did see the other vet who works with her and he was amazing. Everything is well explained and they finally ran tests and gave us the answers we were looking. Sadie our husky was able to be diagnosed and treated quickly. We are still pending lab work to confirm her underlying issue, but we cannot be more than pleased with the service and attention from this office. I highly recommend them and look forward to having Sadie treated here.

The biggest waste of money. Walked out with a $400 bill and no answers. She didnt seem very invested in the issue i came in for and talked about other issues instead that were already under control. She also gave me a 1 month prescription to ensure i came back and paid more money to get the same prescription again. So dissatisfied.

Dr. Danielle James is amazing. She was able to take us in on an urgent care or at least per my other vet that "my dog needed immeadiate attention" in order to diagnose a serious itchy situation that has been occurring for months. My precious could only say it was an "allergies or allergic reaction" to something, but could not identify what or take the time to listen the concerns. We came for consultation and explained the whole situation and with some specific details. and she was able to let us know what it was and provide a solution/treatment for my cattle dog, who is feisty mister lol.
