Sell you on a yearly plan which they don't honor. Want to charge you for visits you shouldn't have to pay for. I signed up for this plan in May. Saw the vets in July and now being denied service unless I pay them for a visit. I've paid you!!! All year at the tune of 99.00 plus a month. I wouldnt recommend their plan.

Everyone at Pet Point is amazing. My rottie recently passed away, and Pet Point went above, and beyond to help me every step of the way in order for it to be a smooth transition. And to top it off, Saturday I received a letter from them in the mail, offering their condolences, and also had the original inked paw prints and nose prints of my dog. It brought a lot of joy to my heart in a time of sadness. I appreciate you all, and will definitely be back when I get my next pup. God bless you all.

I love taking my pet here! The staff is super friendly and informative. The price here is reasonable and I trust them with my pets. They made sure to check up on your pet after surgery and always on top of appointments and reminders. They always give my dog extra love and attention when I bring him in.

I brought my cat in for a uti, I've experienced it with another cat before so I knew some of the signs, I was expecting the typical diagnosis and the standard uti med that is known to help. But when I got there it wasn't simple for them, I got the run around about how it could be multiple other things then they came back with an almost $1000 estimate. They ran some "tests" and it was confirmed that it was a standard uti. My cat was then prescribed the wrong medication for the the wrong diagnosis, I was unaware of this because I had put my trust in their knowledge, I now realize I shouldn't have. My cat got sicker within a day, and two days later died of kidney failure the morning of his urgent vet visit. For how serious this situation was I feel as though it was not treated as such. It felt like all they wanted was my money and not to genuinely help my cat, there were signs, I'm sure they could've caught how serious it was.

The whole time I was there it felt like the vet wanted to be right, like he couldn't accept that he didn't make the original diagnosis himself, even when he came back with the uti diagnosis he used different terms for it as if to label it differently. There is a lack of people skills here which is extremely upsetting especially in this field of work.

First time appointment was today. The appointment with our dog and cat was great. Mariah was extremely helpful throughout the visit. Dr. Moses was great and very nice. Our dog and cat were calm throughout the whole visit. I highly recommend using this vet!
