I love this store! Great prices and variety of products! Their attendants are very knowledgeable & helpful as well! I would recommend over other pet stores in the area!!! (Rockwood Dr. Cabot, AR) I bought this 5gal. tank & metal mesh lid for my mini turtle for less than $30 yesterday!

This is a phenomenal store. The people truly care about your pets and go out of their way to get to know you and your pets personally. My dog LOVES going to this store and has made friends with several of the employees. They have a great selection of products and the staff is very knowledgeable. They also always have good discounts going on and their rewards program is really good. I live about 45 minutes away, but I buy all my dog food here (Redford Naturals is a great brand and my dogs love it) and most of my dog treats (pig snouts are a huge hit). The only item that they don't carry that I wish they did is bulk bags of chicken feet. You can buy them individually here, but PetSmart offers bulk bags and generally has a buy one bag get one half off deal, so it's cheaper for me to get chicken feet from PetSmart, but other than that, this is my go to pet store.

The employees are amazing! Every time I go in I’m always welcomed and they are always there if I need anything and it’s great! They also take such good care of their animals, wayyyy better than any other pet shop I’ve been to, you can just tell! They animals look happy and healthy. If you need a pet shop in Cabot this is the place to go!

Brought our Pomeranian, Bruce in for a haircut emergency. He had gotten really matted after a bath and I thought he was going to have to get shaved. The groomer did an awesome job and communicated with me at every step. Bruce is doing great!

Big variety of cat food. They are however often out of the wet food I need (picky cats), and I asked for them to up the par level as the food is clearly being purchased at a greater demand than what is available. Instead, they only want to order for my specific needs and I pay up front. It’s hard to understand why they wouldn’t order when there’s clearly a need. Either way, I still go here and purchase the food when it’s available. It’s more expensive than Amazon but easier if I last minute forget to purchase and I’d rather support them than Amazon. Staff is always friendly and communicative. I think adding a few interactive cat toys and maybe switching up the cat toy items every so often would be great— as cats get bored after a while and I’d prefer not to purchase online or big stores.

I love this place! The kids are always so nice and helpful. My pooch looks forward to socializing and picking out his snacks. I would definitely say that I highly recommend this store for all of your pets' needs.

I did not appreciate being watched like I was going to steal canned cat food. I have never stolen anything in my life. I am a follower of Jesus. Just because I look a certain way and drive a certain car doesn't mean I am a thief. I was looking at the labels because I want to make sure my cats are not eating Gum and other unnecessary ingredients. I will not be back.
