They took amazing care of my dog! He had been attacked and needed emergency surgery and they took care of him right away and it’s been two weeks and he is healing so nicely! Oscar was so attentive to everything we needed and helped make sure everything went smoothly as well!

My dog came there for an ear infection on 12/31/24 and they said they checked everything and treated him for an ear infection. 6 days later his condition has gotten worse. Fast forward to today he’s at his regular vet and they said there’s no way possible his condition has been treated due totaling the severity of his ears. I was hesitant about taking him to an urgent care anyway. But this sistiation has shown me otherwise. I feel they just wanted the money. I will be disputing my charges.

So thankful for the vet staff! They handled our pet emergency with such professionalism and kindness. They worked hard to ensure that we could work around our tight budget and still get amazing care. We are especially thankful to Oscar for taking the time to go over everything so thoroughly and with such understanding! We will be recommending pet urgent care to everyone we know. We know life happens and it's so amazing to know there's a team like them to be there when it does.

AMAZING GRACE!!! when I tell you these wonderful humans saved my
dogs life and her puppy ! We came in , we in distress from a another vet And My French Bulldog was in full on labor puppy hanging out the canal and they got right into action !they greeted me Curbside with nothing but Attention and intention to save my baby! Took her straight to the back began fluids , meds and delivered her litter . I wouldn’t trust anyone else in my time of need and distress. They level of professionalism and dedication was unmatched from The Entire Team. Don’t hesitate to contact Pet Urgent care for all your pet needs . I will never forget my experience here and will be sharing the love with all my pet friends and family . Top tier services and they prices are very reasonable for sunday and after hour prices .

I highly recommend this urgent care if you're anxious like me about your pet and want a friendly staff and doctor that will give you answers quick! My dog had a bad ear infection and was able to be seen and treated quickly. Doc explained every step to me and Oscar was very friendly and reassuring during the visit!

Incredibly high prices. I expected to pay a premium as it’s an urgent care with weekend availability. I did not expect to feel like I was being price gouged. My dog had a urinalysis and office visit which I’ve paid between $75 and $150 for in the past 9 years traveling with my service dog. My current vet in Inman Park is in that range as well. This business charged close to $300 and the same inflation in cost applied to the prescriptions. Add in the fact they didn’t bring my dog back to me until after I paid for the prescription, tests and exam which made me incredibly uncomfortable as a first time client. The vet tech was understanding to my shock at the cost and said she would communicate that to the vet. Eventually the vet himself tried to make amends, after I left the building visibly upset. I appreciate the effort but it’s too little too late and I will not be returning to this business.
